Anyone gave an interview EY gds on 16th may?

Hi,

I am working for consulting firm and do not have a great pay. I do have a niche skill and I have heard that there is an opening in EY GDS India and they are actively looking for someone who has my skills. I want to understand what compensation EY usually gives when they are in need of someone with a niche skill set. I currently earn around 7 LPA, low for almost 4.5 years of experience but I had some family obligations and I couldn’t switch earlier. Can anybody tell me what is the upper limit for compensation for such roles? Not that I am going to get it but still.

I have an offer from TCS for ₹17.5 LPA fixed for the role of Cyber Security Engineer, Grade C2, with the designation of IT Analyst. I also have another offer from EY GDS with ₹15.5 LPA fixed and ₹2 LPA variable.

Can anyone guide me on whether I should join TCS or EY GDS?

Does anyone here po an employee of EY GDS? I had my assessment last April 25 and a phone interview last May 4. The recruiter told me to wait 2-3 days for an update but still no emails or text from them if I passed or not.

Greetings, I am a Cloud DevOps Engineer with 6.10 years of experience. I was offered a position with 22 lpa as fixed with 10% as variable for a senior Consultant 2 position. When queried further, HR stated that this is the maximum that leadership has approved if I'm not interested, we would need to withdraw the candidature. My current remuneration package is 17.1 as fixed with 2 lakhs as a fixed variable.

What should I do? My expectation is around 30.

I recently got approached by EY for a ServiceNow Developer role.
I currently have 2.3 years of experience and hold the following certifications:
CSA,CAD,CIS Discovery and CIS DF
My experience is mainly in ServiceNow development/support with some exposure to modules like Discovery and integrations.
What salary range should I realistically expect or ask for in India? Also, how much value do these certifications actually add during salary negotiation?

So 2 days back HR did negotiations, we kind of agreed on some range and Hr said she will go for approvals.
Today Morning I got mail from same HR to apply on a position which is exactly same as my previous position I had applied..

I’m confused why she did that, I hope this is a positive sign, did this happen with anyone??
If yes then how many days more I have to wait for official offer release?

What is the average salary for a senior 1 SAP functional consultant in EY GDS ? How much i can expect the most ?

I served as audit consultant at EY GDS contractual role for 4 months. In the end, gds ACCA spokesperson denies that they are not signing our per.

Last year they signed though...

I am thinking of asking one acca person I know in the audit department at gds itself ( region is different I'm in Canada, she is in the UK). I hope I won't create any issues for her because one of my friends who faced the same situation got it signed off from one known senior and suggested the same to me.

HR told me that I would get 10% minimum VP and it can go up to 30 % based on the rating. Can anyone tell me if the 10% is standard and we get it even if we get the basic rating and what would be the average annual hike based on the rating.

Hi all, just wanted to know the salary band for consulting for SAP Manager 1 , 9.5 years with MBA from tier 2 college.

I have interviewed my 2nd round on last Tuesday, and I filled CIS form, HR discussion happened, salary finalised and HR said it will take 2-3 days to get the approval to role out OL, my Bg verification has been updated yesterday and the status at EY careers says I am into hiring phase of interview.

I am joining EY GDS as Senior Con 3 next week, would like to know how is SAP practice in EY GDS, in terms of implementation, rollout etc. I don't have much expectations I am joining with expectations that where ever I go, I have to work and give me my 100% that's it, but I am curious to know how is SAP practice in GDS because it's been 7 years in SAP domain, I haven't met any other SAP Consultant from EY in Global Presence. So please share some details.
