Most likely coming back to Arizona (Phoenix) area after 3 years

I haven't decided completely yet, but I think i am coming back to Arizona after being away for 3 years. You dont know how much you really miss it until you leave and live somewhere else. Phoenix was a great city and now I feel like I have more of an appreciation for it.

If I do come back, I plan to transfer my job and rent a room in a house. I called the company there and I am able to transfer.

Those who left, did you come back?

LGBT-Friendly Karaoke Bars

Looking for some recommendations for a karaoke bar in the EV to replace our old one that is getting a bit unfriendly.

Overall we're a bunch of queer nerds who love to eat and sing. We also have some disabilities in the group that make standing for a while difficult. Our ideal place would be lgbt-friendly (doesn't need to be a gay bar, but I want everyone to be welcome and safe), have banging food, a good DJ, and be accessible with seating (regular height chairs a bonus!)

We have people coming from Tempe to AJ, so we're pretty flexible with location so long as it's East. And thank you in advance!

Looking for an apartment

Looking for an apartment in the E Valley that isn’t expensive. Not in Mesa preferably. I don’t want anything boogie but I don’t want to worry about waking in the parking lot to my car at night to go to work. Comment here or DM thank you!

Driving route from ABQ to AJ in a packed moving truck

I'm a couple of days away from a long drive from the east coast to my new house in Apache Junction (save the meth comments please)

I've driven from where I currently live to CA a few times and I know that majority of the route is pretty easy highway driving but my last stretch will be driving from a hotel in Albuquerque to AJ and I know that regardless of what road I take this will be the least flat stretch.

Google maps shows 2 routes with similar eta, one of them is to take I-40 most of the way then take 377-277-260-87.

The other one would have me get off I-40 in Gallup NM then take 117 to 60 which will pretty much drop me off at my house.

I feel like option B would probably be really scenic but I don't want to deal with difficult roads in my packed box truck, figured there's people in here who have done the drive from ABQ before and would appreciate any insights!

Question for women working in offices

I have some job interviews next week and I don't know what to wear. I have been working at home for 6 years! I actually have a lot of clothes, but now it's mostly shorts and short-sleeved blouses. I went to an interview a few months ago and wore black work pants and a top with a black sweater. I had a nice black Coach purse and black flats. Should I wear a black skirt and heels instead? Thanks! They aren't for sales positions, just customer service type jobs.
