"Beginning in late March 2026, the individual has been discovered to be peering through the windows of several residences in the area of Earl Street," Kingston Police stated.

Eastern Ontario communities could lose rail access under Alto plan, Lanark-Frontenac MP Scott Reid says

One major concern raised by Reid was the future of VIA Rail service to smaller communities if high-speed rail is implemented.
