Anyone knows where to find this paid music addon in eclipse and is it worth it
Hello, I recently discovered this amazing app. Thank you so much!!!
I bought the music add-on for $10. I have Technics AZ 100 Hi-Res headphones. I find the sound extraordinary with Eclipse, much better than with Tidal and Apple Music. Any explanation?
Otherwise, my only request at the moment is that the app be able to resume music playback from where it left off when I closed the application. A huge thank you for this app.
In summary, I'm very glad to pay a tiny amount for better search results.
I've been struggling to find a bunch of (mostly) Japanese music that hasn't been accessible via Spotiflac, Claudochrome, etc. And this is all music that is available on Spotify and Apple Music.
So the music addon adds results as they would appear on Apple Music/Tidal, the album organization is all good. And I am definitely finding more accurate songs than I wouldve otherwise. But there are still plenty of more obscure albums where, as an example, it will only play one song from the album for every single track. And there are still a few Ive found that are playing totally different songs from totally different artists I don't recognize.
So while it appears to pull music as though it was from Apple/Tidal, thats not exactly whats going on under the hood and its still imperfect.
Could someone help me? I've only been able to download one song and it won't let me download any more.
Good Day @dev could you please add D-pad navigation on the android app
How do I setup the connection to real debrid?
As the title says has anyone tried this special addon for $10 for the year which is very reasonable!? Has anyone any feedback?cheers
I’ve been using Eclipse since yesterday.
Here’s my experience so far.
Installing the app:
Pretty much it’s just go to the website and download Apple flight test, then click on the install eclipse app, grant some premises and that’s it.
App Setup:
The register is quick and easy, the It’s a little bit confusing since you have to go to the addons section on the web and install —eclipse addon store—
Here’s where’s became a bit confusing… you can install addons directly from the eclipse addon and it’s quick and easy, but in the eclipse web and here on Reddit many people said that you need to install the addons in certain way to make the app fully working.
Currently I have just two addons:
SpotiFLAC - Installed via Eclipse iOS app (Eclipse Addon Store — Store)
Monochrome for Eclipse Installed via (Open Eclipse → Settings → Connections → Add Connection → Addon)
The integration it’s pretty seamless, unless you are an advanced user and you can choose more options.
Bugs / Issues / Odd behaviors
• After install and first hour testing, my iPhone overheated so bad and my battery drain super fast, plugged to wall charger and charged from 17% to 21% and started to drain again while plugged to wall charger.
• Can’t search music any song or artist, the says “Try searching for something else or check your spelling” all the music that I’ve been listening to is from community playlists and then, when I touch in the name of the artist, I can access to the whole artist library.
• Share playlist link takes too long to fetch and when it’s ready, when I share the link and try to open, throws an error “this share link has expired or doesn’t exist”. Tried several times and still shows the same error.
• When open the app after closed for a few hours, the iPhone overheats again and battery drains super fast. After a while, seems to stabilize.
• The overheating issues seems to be while using AirPlay.
• After using for a while the app, sometimes can’t add songs to a playlist or my library.
• Sometimes songs are confused or mismatched, for example: I played Gorillaz Happy Dictator and reproduced another Gorillaz song, with the Haappy Dictator’s Lyrics
• I was looking for Cloud Addon (Devs Paid Addon) and can’t find it.
The Good things
• Replay works perfectly.
• After battery drain stabilizes, seems that using with AirPlay it’s super battery friendly, decreases so much less than using Apple Music with AirPlay.
• Audio quality it’s superb.
• Using X (formerly Twitter) and watching videos at the same time while using Apple Music and AirPlay sometimes X hijacks AirPlay and music stops, then the audio from the video of X reproduces on AirPlay and not on the iPhone. this doesn’t happened while using Eclipse App and watching videos from X. That’s great!
• Personalization it’s in a whole another level!
• Been using Eclipse App for about 12 hours and has been a great experience.
• Every little detail looks great and seems to be that dev takes care for every little thing. Drake’s Owl on the song progress bar looks great.
Overall it’s a great app, love the interface, the integrations, the way that Dev took care of every little detail it’s amazing.
Haven’t tested real debrid integration, but definitely gonna try it. Also haven’t tested the download songs to my device.
I want to try/buy Cloud Devs addon to support this awesome project.
Long life to Eclipse Music App!
Thanks Doc for your effort and hard work!
went from apple music to this and genuinely so good love the fact you can add community addons like soundcloud or ytm so we don’t have to go and find it on ytm or soundcloud ourselves and download them we can just play them directly which i really enjoy especially with how fast some of the addons play songs i didn’t really expect it to play instant but it does thanks to the developer and anyone making those addons
i added few podcasts addons but i can’t search them for some reason.
is anyone having those issues?
Like title says, it'll say one name but play a different song. Is this common?
Just wanted to say thank you to the post that i saw that I randomly stumbled upon Eclipse on my feed and it’s honestly one of the best app discoveries I’ve made lately. I recently discovered Stremio/WuPlay with a debrid service too, so setting up and configuring everything felt super easy for me. Lastly, huge thanks to the devs for making such an awesome app. You have my support. 🫡🤝🏻
I live in Cuba, which means that neither Spotify nor Apple Music works here. I have 20GB of music stored on my phone, and I discovered Eclipse, which allows me to download and listen to it offline without a VPN. Do you recommend deleting my 20GB and starting to download music from Eclipse and using it as my music player?
Debrid vault/cloud here is Just a cloud storage when you are using inside Eclipse app. I am on IOS btw.
Using Apple Music metadata you can still find song or artist inside eclipse app through search and add to playlist.
(Add on needed for playback)*
Then there is debrid vault, highly recommended to use inside Debrid Vault you can search for any music or artist or album *but not playlist* and add them instantly inside your Debrid vault cloud ( using Tor box and rd) if instant link is not available you can cache them yourself. They will appear inside eclipse app>library>cloud>debrid cloud.
You are good to go. Download them in high speed for offline use or stream them(by adding to playlist or library).
( FLAC 24 bit192khz,FLAC 44.1 aka 16bit44.1khz recommended for mobile phone use).
Enjoy eclipse with Real debrid(music is still safe) and torbox(Cache content getting bigger every sec due to increased traffic). This way, you do not need spotiflac or other community add-on. Just (AppleMusic metadata + debrid vault) inside eclipse is enough for top notch music experience.
Also you can support developer by buying premium addon (just 10$ for year) {Using developer addon is pretty straight forward, buy it link to eclipse nothing needed.} I got one account with developer addon as well btw.
I hope this helps someone with their setup. Feel free to say I am wrong, happy to learn more!
It took me like 20 minutes of screwing around to get this working right on Android, but it was worth it. Being able to pick what quality you want in the addons is great, but sadly there's no way to tell what quality the stream is using as a source, while you're listening to it. Overall I think this app has a LOT of potential, I hope it gets expanded on and isn't abandoned.
how can i start playing music? i’ve added connections and im using torbox
Is it possible to download a complete album with cover, artwork, lyrics etc? Not gonna name any other application (with this feature) here cause I don't know if it's allowed or not.
Does anybody know where I should submit bug reports?
To start, it's absolutely epic that this is working. I love it, full on butterflies in stomach. Connecting debrid for cloud music source was always a thing I was thinking about.
Anyway, the first bug.

If you create a personal playlist in app based on the search engine, everything works fine.
If you use the .csv import to create a personal playlist and start scrolling that playlist the app crashes. It's like there is a corrupted import or something and when it's passed by the app shits the bed.
