Electric Picnic budgeting/ food and drink prices

Heyy so it’s my first EP this year and I’m setting money aside each week so I’ll have plenty for when I’m up there!!

We’re planning on bringing food up for breakfast and lunches and getting one hot meal a day , which stalls would have affordable options while also tasting good or is everything really expensive up there? I know prices will be high but I’d like to be able to budget accordingly

Also how much would a single vodka white cost inside the arena? We’re gonna obviously pre drink loads but I also like to have a drink in my hand when I’m out

Also how much does Londis charge for ice?

I hope this doesn’t come across as a stupid question like I said it’s my first time going and I wanna be financially prepared

The new Toutless is nearly here!

The new Toutless platform!

Toutless has been around since 2008. For close to two decades, we have run Ireland's largest ticket exchange out of our own pocket. Face value only. No markup. Just fans helping fans.

Then the scammers and bots showed up in force. We had to close the site to the public, and it gutted us. Rather than just give up and shut the site down, we've spent that time building a brand new system where scammers simply cannot operate. Here's what's changing.

Every trade is protected.

All payments go through Trustap payment protection (A home grown Irish escrow system). The seller only gets paid after you confirm you have your ticket. If the ticket doesn't arrive, you're refunded automatically without any claims process.

Every account is verified.

Real identity behind every transaction. You know exactly who you're trading with.

Sellers still list for free.

There is an 8% service fee on completed trades. That is it. There are no hidden charges and no extra fees tacked on at checkout. We never took a cent from the community before, and we tried hard to keep it free, but running a secure exchange with payment protection and identity verification costs real money. The service fee covers escrow, verification, and allows us to keep the lights on.

A safe way to trade tickets for your favourite shows!

How it works:

  1. Find or list a ticket at face value
  2. You pay. Funds go into escrow. The seller cannot touch them.
  3. The seller transfers the ticket.
  4. You confirm you have it.
  5. The seller gets paid.

If your ticket never arrives, you're refunded. Couldn't be easier.

If you want early access or just want to stay in the loop, sign up at the link below. Built by fans, for fans. That part hasn't changed.

Question about volunteering

Hey everyone! Sorry if this is a dumb post!!

I had a quick question - I was just offered a volunteering position, and was wondering if anyone had experience with when they typically let you know your role, the hours, if the deposit is refundable in the event I can no longer volunteer etc.

I have a few other leads/job opportunities and just want to weigh the options!

Lewis Capaldi last headliner

He apparently told the crowd tonight that he was the last headliner and to check the dates on the merch. Slightly hard to read but third last entry on the shirt, EP Laois.

Zara Larsson no longer performing at Electric Picnic?

Zara Larsson’s tour dates on her website no longer list Electric Picnic, despite listing many other festivals on there. Could be a mistake, or possibly she is no longer performing?
