Can't reach support no matter what I do

For context, a few days ago I accidentally pressed the permanently close account button instead of sign out one and I've been trying to reach support to see if I can undo this, but nobody is giving me a response back. Its been a few days now and still no reply. Can I do anything else to get that account back or to let me log in into an other account?

Since they removed the discord and basically al support, how do I get in contact with whoever can look into my account? There is 0 “tampering” with my app and it’s only on slot games this pops up??? I’ve never done anything to mess with the application but somehow they just ASSUME and PICK veteran users at random to screw them over?

Honestly ember has been going waaaay downhill and I don’t even feel comfortable inviting users anymore. Such a load of bs from the Ember Team.
