trying to get back into tarkov, others to play w

Hey so its been about a while since Ive really played Tarkov (since hardcore wipe) and I want to get back into it, but its been a while so im probably pretty rusty, I had 2k hrs when I had stopped so i have game knowledge, but kinda anxious since im out of the loop with changes and wondering if its worth playing solo or if someone would like to grind it up out of the starter levels for a bit. im a pretty quiet dude but i communicate, i dont mind new players, dont mind dying, just expect a jumpscare since the game can jumpscare me at times (i know that goes away with playtime) but yeah basically just looking for anyone to kinda put up with those drawbacks since i havent played and just to have fun as timmy! discord flydragon919 or you can dm me here. 29 m central u.s

[NA] returning unc lf duo/trio to run with when we get the chance on perma

Heyo, im in my late 30s and started playing again a week or so ago i have around 900 hours, know most of the maps well enough to get off of then at least lol. Would love to find someone in the same boat. Would also be okay with new players. Just not a fan of being carried.

Im super relaxed, dont have gear fear, and dont do well with people who will get upset over losing things in a damn video game. Its not that serous. Im playing to have fun and a few laughs while hopefully clicking heads and escaping eventually. Also 420 friendly and will have a few adult beverages while playing from time to time.

If you want to chill and run some feel free to hit me up. Im on around 630-7pm until about 930 pst during the week, and my weekends are way more open.

NA pleaseeeee help a goth girl figure out the game?

This game is everywhere and usually in a negative light but I finally bought it (YIPEE) and I’m doing decently but def need someone to show me the ropes that won’t get frustrated by my mistakes ;-; I’m enjoying it so far!! (Excluding with my first time on factory when I got sledge hammered..) I’ve played ark raiders ect so I get the general gist and I’ve done several raids. Money is also v hard in this ;-; maybe I just kinda suck ;-; but yea omg please take my under your wing 🙏🏻

BSG EFT, are you mad about PVE forced WIPE to get 1.0? Here is how we fight it legally.

Battlestate Games has a clear pattern of behavior: they push anti-consumer limits, face extreme community revolt, and then backtrack to save their business.

  • The Unheard Edition Precedent: When BSG originally tried to lock the PvE mode behind a $250 paywall and reneged on their "all DLC free for EOD owners" promise, mass community rage combined with threats of legal reporting forced Nikita to give EOD owners free PvE access anyway.

So what can we do? We were promised to never have to wipe out PvE accounts but we have no access to new content without a wipe. Already wiped your account? Are you still mad about losing hundreds of hours of work just to have to wipe it for 1.0 access? I am, well we have to hold BSG accountable and let them know the continued actions of failing to follow through with promises that lead to purchases is unacceptable.

If enough people take action, BSG will get the message loud and clear. We wont be baited into buying things and then let them off the hook when they pull a bait and switch.

Below is a mass complaint template tailored for European and UK regulatory consumer protection networks. Copy it, fill in your details, and submit it to force an external audit.

Misleading Commercial Omission & Bait-and-Switch: At the point of marketing and transaction, the "PvE Zone" was explicitly sold to consumers under the core promise of total profile permanence—publicly advertised by the developer as a persistent, non-wiping environment where player progression would never be reset. This specific structural characteristic was the material reason for purchase for a significant portion of the consumer base.
  2. Material Alteration of Paid Service: Following recent software updates, the trader has structurally locked newly released baseline content (the 1.0 core storyline and the upcoming October Prestige progression system) behind a mandatory, forced profile wipe for legacy users. Legacy users are blocked from accessing these key components of the paid software unless they consent to the deletion of hundreds of hours of accumulated progress.
  3. Breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 / EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive: By implementing this technical barrier, the trader has altered the digital service so that it no longer matches the original description under which it was sold. The developer has retroactively applied a destructive mechanic (forced progression reset) to a product explicitly marketed on the premise of its absence.

Requested Remedy:
I request that regulatory intervention compel Battlestate Games Limited to adjust their backend database architecture to allow legacy PvE profiles to dynamically access the 1.0 storyline tracks and the Prestige system without forcing a manual account wipe.
