Need help finding a charger for Ecoscooter D8PRO

I need to find a replacement charger for a scooter my neighbor left behind. I am not sure what kind to buy since I keep getting mixed information online. If you can, please post links of where to buy one.

Hiboy S2 making a weird noise

I noticed this strange noise coming from my brothers scooter anyone have any ideas sounds like it’s coming from the stem.

Noise help.

Only happens after a ride. when it’s cold it doesn’t squeak. I already tried a grease on the hub any help would be great thanks.
