CIRCOOTER Raptor Pro or KUKIRIN G2 Max
I'm trying to get my first e scooter. These are around the same price. My friend said get the Raptor Pro since kurkin builds their scooters cheap and they break easily, is this true?
If you recommend any other scooters for around 1050$ cad pls tell me
E-scooter - Evee’s Metro
Help! I’m brand new to e-scooters. Got an Evee’s Metro as a gift about 6 months ago. Never opened the box until now. Did as per the video for newly opened package, assembled, charged to wall socket, etc… it won’t start at all. When the wire is plugged in to the scooter, the green light is on the charger. Pressed the ON button and there was just 1 beep with a straight green light showing on the scooter control, then gone and went blank. When charger is not plugged in to the scooter, it doesn’t respond to any touch at all - tried single, 3 touches, 10 secs, 30 secs, etc. I checked all connections are good and no kinks on wires. What else can I try???
All suggestions are welcome!
Problem with my Nami Burn E Max scooter after washing
Yesterday, I washed my Nami Burn E2 Max scooter at a self-service car wash, let it dry, and then turned it on. After turning it on, the front parking light started blinking, so I turned it off and waited some more. After a while, I turned it on again and tried riding (the parking light stopped blinking), but then something went wrong again: the scooter wouldn't power up (the on-board computer screen showed the brake lever was depressed, even though I hadn't washed the brake levers or the handlebars). One day, I got home, opened the scooter's deck, and found a small amount of water inside the wire tray. I then dried it and closed the lid. But the problems weren't over. Problem 1: When I press the throttle trigger, the motor temperature rises by 3-4 degrees, and when the recuperation system is engaged, it decreases by 1-3 degrees. When I stop using the scooter, the temperature remains constant. Could water have leaked into the motors and somehow affected the temperature sensors? Or is the problem somewhere else? Problem 2: When I press the brake lever, the backlight dims. Problem 3: The on-board computer display backlight gets quite hot. Could you please tell me what could be the problem? Are the Nami Burn motors properly sealed at the factory?

Random thought: What if scooter upgrades weren’t just hardware?
Most scooter talk is just hardware upgrades: more torque, better brakes, suspension, tires, batteries… same loop.
But what if the next step isn’t another physical upgrade, but something that changes the riding experience itself?
Like wheelies. A lot of people think they look fun, but never try because the first attempts usually end in “hope I don’t crash”.
What if there was some kind of assist or training mode that lets beginners safely feel a controlled wheelie in a few minutes, instead of just learning by trial and error?
Not trying to gamify scooters or anything, just wondering if innovation could move a bit beyond hardware and into how people actually ride them.
Would that even interest people, or is it still all about specs and parts?
Need help identifying/fixing my electric scooter – only goes 1 mph, console was ripped
I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with my electric scooter. I think it might be a Hiboy S2 or a similar model, but I’m not sure because the branding is worn off.
Here are the issues:
It only goes about 1 mph or stops when I try to ride it.
The mechanical brakes don’t work.
The lights do work, but they’re very dim.
The steering can rotate 360°, so I know something is wrong there.
The plastic console around the display was ripped out before I got it.
I opened the center console to inspect the wiring(last two photos) and found:
A loose 2-pin connector (it has two metal terminals and says “26” on it) that doesn’t seem to have anywhere to plug in.
There are 3 wires coming up from the scooter into the console.
There are 4 wires coming from the console, with one connector unplugged and nothing obvious to plug it into.
Could the unplugged connector or damaged wiring be causing the scooter to only go 1 mph, or does this sound more like a controller, brake sensor, battery, or motor issue?
Any advice would be appreciated. I uploaded pictures but just message if you need more for visualizing

reddit.comI broke my xiaomi scooter 6 back light
Ok so I backed up on to a pole and broke the back light cover it kinda broke in two big pieces and many little ones. I have the big piece that broke and fell off . I have kinda fixed it with glue and tape but I would like for it to look new but I cannot seem to find only the back light plastic cap and only the whole light and it’s not about money I just don’t want to go through taking off the whole rear fender and fixing it so where could I possibly find the red cap or how to replace the whole light without taking off the whole fender

NIU Backtire (Newb)
Got my NIU KQI100 scooter about a month ago.
I do ride rough but I only take it to work and home every day which is about a mile.
Today when I got on I noticed it felt odd and I found the Backtire is flat
Used an air compressor to fill it but it remains flat.
How do I fix this?
What tools do I need if any?
