Cashout 1-2 days progress
I redeemed an amount of $64 a few days ago and never received it. At first I thought maybe I just have to wait a few more days and it may arrive but nothing ending up showing up in my email. I contacted support the first time and questioned why I wasn’t receiving the reward and they didn’t respond. Then I went though this sub and the reviews on the app to find out they’re seriously not paying people who earn more then $20+. So after that I emailed them yesterday about how concerning it is to have to use my private information and out of pocket cash to complete and offer and still not received the reward.
My offer was completed through surveypop but I haven’t been receiving any responses from them so I used my eureka account that has the “priority member” tag. I finally got a response today from Tommy and was told the issue is going to be reviewed by an actual human in the surveypop department.
I’ll keep you guys updated if I actually receive the cash, since I know a lot of you haven’t been getting any responses!
