Tap Offers not working

I’ve been trying to use Tap Offers but they don’t seem to work for me. It keeps mentioning to click the blue buttons but when I start it, I get sent to a page similar to the picture and there’s no blue buttons.

Can anyone help me fix this please?

Never received cashout

I always cashout via Venmo and it’s always instant but 2 weeks ago I cashed out $70 and I got an email saying it would take 1-2 days but it never came I also tried getting in contact with support multiple times via the app and emailing them directly but haven’t got any responses… did they just scam me?
