Parcel delivered to a “secure location”. Apparently, underneath a handful of pebbles is classed as secure.
Amazingly, parcel was still there when I got home. I had to test whether it’d fit through the letterbox though, and it easily did. Surely it would’ve been a lot quicker and simpler for the courier to do that, rather than sprinkling a load of stones on top of it.
I ordered a new clock from EBay this morning which said Royal Mail delivery, (I don’t order stuff if it’s getting sent by Evri) now I just got an email from the fuckers saying they have my parcel😬… I’m ready for war 🤣
Parcel due to be delivered today whilst i am at work my SO and new born child are at home.
Evri driver barges through my front door without knocking and enters the property unannounced. and after being told repeatedly to leave by my partner who did this in a much more polite manner than I would. decided it would be perfectly acceptable to stand in my garden and urinate on the wall of the property in full view of my partner and the neighbours and when asked wtf they where doing said "Its not a big deal....".
My partner is now at home with the doors locked nervous and stressed about the whole ordeal and the next deliveries made by this driver will have added bodily fluid for the recipients.

Evri deserve a medal because every time I think this company cannot get any worse they blow my expectations out of the water.
I don't mean by individual customers. I mean, is there any legal framework under which EVRI could be taken to court for its systemic failures?
Maybe fraudulent communications, failure to prevent theft of items, failure to provide the advertised service...?
11am and the door goes but we don't manage to answer it, I had set a safe place of "front door/enclosed porch" and they always leave it on my doormat. Instead I open the door to find that they have yanked open the cupboard door (closed and locked with a chain lock so it has a little room to open but obviously shouldn't be) and lodged my parcel in. They are so lucky I didn't have anything breakable in there but it's ridiculous
I’ve noticed over the past month delivery from Evri has become absolutely chaotic and I would say I have had issues and delays with every single delivery that’s gone via Evri recently. Whether it’s the “at our Depot” stasis situation to faked bot emails and items being lost. I have actually stopped using vendors where Evri is the only delivery option and I’ve also noticed that some vendors (Uniqlo as an example) have removed Evri as a delivery option. I’m struggling to see how and why suppliers are continuing to use Evri based on customer dissatisfaction. I haven’t seen anything from Evri holding up their hands and admitting to issues - but clearly there are problems.
I actually got something done about my complaint/delivery with Evri by spamming their board, senior execs and more importantly their investor contacts by email.
i’ve been in my kitchen for hours waiting to tell them i’m here to get my parcel and they said it was unsuccessful i was like “what i’ve been here the entire time”. the cunt left a picture of him holding the parcel in his hand and apparently he couldn’t find me (he’s been to my door before yes the exact guy). I CANT GET A PARCEL IF YOU DOMT FUCKING KNOCK MY DOOR!!!!!
Anyone here who works at Evri able to explain this journey….it was the delivery depot three times….went out for delivery with a time slot, then was suddenly bigger than expected (it was an A4 envelope), then it was at the local depot, now it’s going back to the seller.…what on earth went wrong here?

Literally last update was from 13th August 8:15 and today is the 18th August, I have a high feeling that who ever had my parcel in their hands decided to treat themselves as it was an iPhone aswell and obviously contact evri but same person Claire says that she’s going to contact the manager and find my parcel at the depot and get it delivered but still no changes or update.
Im pissed can I even file an complaint to the driver
I’ve ordered something from Vinted that I really want. When the tracking told me Friday that it was out for delivery, I was really excited, when it didn’t show up at the collection point, I thought maybe Saturday. Nothing. Then another update yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I got an email from Vinted saying it was at the collection point, nothing from Evri. I went to the pickup point and it’s not there, they even went a checked manually for me. I’ve emailed Evri, opened a support window with Vinted with no response yet.
I just really want to parcel and I have a horrible feeling it’s lost.
Anyone else had this in the past? Did you get your parcel?
How bad is this. They advertise you spam when you try to track your parcel.

Only took spamming the whole management chain (including ceo) and repeated emails to actual customer support.
About a year ago I decided to stop using any eBay seller/any retailer in general, that shipped using evri.
I've gotten refunds on maybe 30+ items in the past year from eBay, even if the item has EVENTUALLY arrived.
If you read the "dispatch/delivery" part of an eBay listing and it mentions any other courier than evri but they still send with evri, this means you can claim a refund because "item doesn't match description". I'm currently waiting on an item right now that was apparently out for delivery Saturday and still is 😅 I'll be getting a refund for that too.
To anyone that thinks "that's mean towards the sellers". No they need to be transparent. If it doesn't say anything about courier then I assume the worst. if it claims it's royal mail or others but turns out it's evri, that's sneaky.
