I think it's about time people started boycotting businesses that use evri for their delivery service, literally the worst delivery company to ever exist

I'm going to start asking businesses who they use before I order anything online and tell them I'm going to order from a different seller if they say they use evri

Anyone else to do the same?

For context 4 items to be delivered since Friday, both Saturday and today they scanned it 100 yards from the door and took a photo of their feet in the street so clearly didn't even attempt the delivery

Impossible to contact directly, impossible to collect from

I was contacted by Evri to say my parcel would be delivered from 4.30-5.30 yesterday. Then I got an updated email to say it would be 2.30-3.30. I waited in the flat all afternoon and then got an email at 7pm to say it had been left in a ‘shed’ with a photo. We live in a block of flats with a main door and communal stairwell. No one rang our doorbell to even attempt delivery.

I worked out from the photo that the ‘shed’ is the (private) front garden of one of our neighbours. I went round last night about 30 minutes after the email and they hadn’t taken the parcel in, and it wasn’t in their front garden. I’m really upset with this because the parcel was expensive £400+ worth of clothes, and we made sure that we were here for its delivery.

I’ve asked the retailer (phase eight) to issue me with a full refund as I don’t want them to send a package with Evri again as they didn’t even bother to deliver the package to us. I attached a picture of evri’s delivery email which shows it was left in a garden.

Do you know what I should do? I’m worried they’re going to side with Evri that it was delivered but it was literally left in a garden that isn’t ours. We didn’t nominate a safe place or anything.

Gutted as this order was my outfit for a christening and now going to have to pay for a new outfit again in store or elsewhere while arguing about this.

To cut a long rant short, my parcel from SHEIN, a split parcel has only been partially delivered. The first parcel, I was made aware by Evri had been “damaged beyond repair” in transit and to contact SHEIN.

This seems to be proving futile, I have emailed , contacted customer services ect. Has anyone else had this issue or similar.

Locker opened up with an item inside, I pressed that the locker was dirty and closed it. And then it thanked me for putting my item in the locker?

What am I meant to do to fix this? EBay won’t let me cancel the order and the Evri website is useless

Hi! I bought a parcel from Vinted, the parcel is at the parcel shop where the sender stays. When I try and track the parcel further it says “This is the incorrect postcode” does anyone know what could have happened? it was an item that was about £100. Will it still arrive? Cannot get through to evri

My parcel sat in a location depot for 4 days only to be returned to sender with no reason given, if anyone can help me or aleast provide a possible explanation that would be fantastic

Second package within 2 weeks not being delivered after "attempted delivery" AND everyone was home, no one actually came to the doorstep lol.

How are they convincing these companies to work with them? I'm actually interested to know when they lose parcels do they give anything monetary compensation to the companies we're ordering from or does the company just resend and lose?

I know I am beating a dead horse, but it is genuinely incomprehensible that this company continues to operate. 2 weeks ago, I had the misfortune of an amazon seller sending me an item via Evri and like every other time the delivery was "failed," without any actual attempt to make it. I made sure to stay home and keep the volume down all day on the day of their "re-attempted delivery," and as expected there was no knock or buzzer. The cherry on top is that the tracking code they provided me is not recognised on their own website.

Neither me nor anyone I know has ever had a good experience with this company, how on earth are they still in business?

I recently moved house (end of March 2026) and I have been buying stuff off of Amazon and other retailers almost every week since then. Every time the item is to be delivered by EVRi I know that it will not be delivered… Not a single parcel has been delivered to my new address by EVRi. Every time they somehow stuggle to deliver and then they return it to the sender! And I have to ask for a refund and reorder… For 3 f…ing months! Online chatbot useless, phone support is a prerecorded message that does nothing, email replies are supposed to be sent by a human but I get the same messages every time so these must be automated as well… I leave bad reviews on Trustpilot and they reply with a “we are sorry you had a bad experience…” How about the last 20 bad experiences? The most frustrating thing is not that I don’t get my parcels. It’s that I cannot speak to a friggin human! If any retailer is reading this “PLEASE STOP USING EVRI!!!”

I have used many many various newsagent parcelshops to drop off evri parcels. I've moved around different areas of London so had a wider experience and when I use parcelshops I've always asked them what time is the last post where the evri van comes to collect all the parcels.

Surprisngly it seems that the parcelshops get their drop offs collected betwee 12-1pm and I presume thats when all the days parcelshop deliveries get dropped off to.

I found it very puzzling why they had such early last post. vecause if the sender drops it off at 2pm, that parcel is just sitting there in their shop all day until noon tomorrow.

I would use evri a lot more, unfortuantely their collection service makes it more expensive than royal mail. However their parcelshop service is reasonably priced. Despite the better cost. I cannot in good conscience use evri parcelshop drop off because it will get held back by one full day if i was to drop it off at 2pm.

Can someone explain to me why evri doesnt send a van around say 6pm to do a sweep and pick up all the pacels from the parcelshops. What is the operational reason not to have that? I'm pretty sure the the parcelshops with limited spaces would really appreciate the drop offs being collected from them and save space.
