Evri parcel shops..

I started a small business about 4 months ago. I sell on platforms such as Amazon, TikTok and my own website. Business is picking up nicely and averaging 25 to 30 sales a day. I mainly use Evri as courier service as it’s the cheapest option for self fulfilment on Amazon so I like to use it across all platforms for simplicity.

With this increased volume the owners of the convenience are starting to get a bit shitty with me and moaning when I come in. They even make rude comments. I wouldn’t mind so much but I do buy stuff from there! It’s starting to make me self conscious and have been driving out my way to other parcel shops. Anyone else experience this?

I'm fed up of this now!

Evri really need to stop lying, they reckon they attempted to deliver my parcel on Saturday at 14:43, I've got a doorbell camera and a camera up on the wall at the front of my house. I've checked the times on both cameras and I seen the driver pull up, he's the same person who delivers round here for Evri so we recognise his car instantly, then says he's attempted to deliver my parcel and put a black picture as the delivery attempt without even getting out of his car! I don't get why they lie apparently it's out for delivery again today but we'll see if he actually delivers it this time, I'm seeing more and more of this happen on Reddit and friends and family have been complaining about this stuff too.

Are Evri completely dishonest

I have been waiting over 2 months for a parcel delivery. I have had all the usual tracking lies and emails from chat bot Claire. I enquired again today to be told that the parcel had been delivered to my local Spar shop last Saturday. Needless to say they have no trace of it. In future I will ask any supplier who they use to deliver and if it’s Evri I will go elsewhere

WTF is this

The proof of delivery is the parcel in the courier’s bag? It says delivered but the parcel is nowhere to be seen…

I’ve messed up

Went with Evri next day delivery and it’s not arrived. Was thinking why they were offering Evri at a cheaper price than DPD for next day delivery…… until I went through this subreddit 😭.
