Hi all!

I have a Shein parcel that I ordered with express delivery on 10/5, it was due to arrive 17-18/5. I am going on a trip on 23/5 so wanted the items before then.

Parcel was cleared by UK customs at 10am on 18/5 and Shein’s tracking suggests it was handed to the local logistics service at around 5pm that same day and has been “in transit” since. The last update on the tracker is from yesterday 20/5 saying “your parcel has passed the most recent stage of processing and is continuing on its journey”. Evri’s tracking on the other hand still says they’re expecting it and the useless AI bot Ezra can’t do anything for me as it’s still with the sender according to them and tells me to contact Shein. Shein are fobbing me off with promises to escalate it with Evri/their logistics team but never give me any tangible updates on where the parcel is or when I’ll receive it. They won’t refund me until 25/5 at the earliest.

Any ideas on when I can expect to receive this or has anyone had this before? I’m thinking it’s probably lost in transit at this point, either by Shein or Evri. Just annoyed I don’t know who has it or where it is!

I've been waiting 2 days for something as simple as a book to be delivered to a locker. 2 days it's been out for delivery, then back to the depot. How hard is it to drop it at a locker that YOU suggested? How on earth do people use this dreg of a company when they have so many logistical problems? Customer service said they would contact me by 11am, heard nothing. Useless

It says it with the courier, does that mean it may come today?

Why oh why oh why do vendors insist on using such a crap company? One parcel lost at the depot before even reaching my house, two lost en route to the Parcel Shop ( and one of them eventually being "returned" to Vinted, a site I don't buy from ), and finally tonight, after me being so exasperated I changed the delivery address to my business one in the city centre, it was apparently delivered at 21:26 to my business...yep, because nothing says business attire like satin pyjamas at a front door on a Friday night, as per the photo of the supposed successful delivery.

This company makes my blood boil. I would gladly pay extra to have a choice of courier.

Does anyone know if there is an ombudsman of some sort for this industry that complaints can be made to?

Hi all, Not sure what happened. I was in too collect the parcel, no one rung the door bell and I got this notification saying they couldn't deliver. Any help is appreciated. Just a little confused

I have a 6AM flight tomorrow. My Evri parcel is being delivered to the Leeds Markets post office and it closed at 12.30 PM. I’m trying to urgently redirect my parcel because I’m traveling for months and need the parcel before I leave.
Evri customer service has been useless as I have been only talking to automated bots. Any advice would be appreciated!

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid Evri at all costs. I’ve been chasing my parcel for the last 4–5 days and there is no proper way to speak to a real human being. Every time I contact support, I only get useless bot responses saying my message has been forwarded and someone will reply within 24 hours but nobody ever does.

The customer service is non-existent and extremely frustrating. It feels impossible to get any real help when there’s an issue with your delivery. Looking online, it seems many people across the UK are facing the same problems with delayed parcels and poor communication.

Very stressful experience and definitely one of the worst courier services I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend using them.
