
ExpressVPN customer support has become hard to reach. Need alternatives please
ExpressVPN used to be good at customer support a while back. They had multiple ways to reach them. They had an email address prominently displayed on their website and you could just send an email to get support. Now they have gone down the path of agent driven chats. No email address on their support page. This is what happens when you need support:
- Agent is incapable of providing support and goes in circles
- Eventually you get "No. I still need help" option and then it starts connecting to a human
- You keep waiting while the window says "An agent will be assisting you shortly."
- .....
- Finally a human comes in, but prematurely closes the chat before you can respond (screenshot)
Some of us have work and it's a lot easier to just send an email and be done with it in 2 mins. And all the communication is documented in your mailbox for reference later. Good customer support is one of the reasons I resubscribed to ExpressVPN multiple times. I have been a customer since 2021. But I am looking for alternatives now.
