Has anyone received any more information about RTT conversion?

I don’t even see anything in my spam.

I am trying to place some extra tickets I have on the market place and keep receiving the message “at least one ticket is not resalable” at the final step.

My tickets were bought through the visa lottery system so should be free and clear to sell?

Bought the 6 game package in Houston and have 4 tickets to each game in Houston. Going to most but can’t to one game and trying to sell those.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Am I missing something?

Hey guys, first timer here. I am currently trying to get a hold of tickets for the Senegal games which will be played in New York agreed France & Norway. Recently I have been getting alot of ads on social media regarding FifaCollect. I went on the site and tried to get as much information as possible. It seems that currently it might be my best option to get tickets. I wanted to confirm if I purchased RTT for let’s say $799 will I have to pay anymore money to convert the RTT into an actual match ticket. Does anyone know how the process work. Are there any hidden fees? If I purchase tickets I am not planning to resale so any tips on how to acquire will be helpful.

How did they end up with that specific game in Boson? was there an element of randomness to it? How much did it cost them?

If you have minted an RTT, I'd love to understand your journey. This seems so opaque to me at the moment.

I still cannot find the portal in my account. It's already May 20 now. End of mid may.

I had 3 tickets to Match 45 (Boston). I like the match 61 (Boston) matchup better and bought 3 RTT.

I sold 2 of my match 45 tickets, but the person who bought them are attempting to resell for a much higher price. I can’t sell my third seat because it would leave an orphaned seat.

Should I lower the price, which may help the scalper sell his ticket? Or should I just go to match 45 by myself, and let the attempted scalper eat his loss?

1. I bought 2 x RTTs for M67 in New York 27 June 2026; but after that since Turkiye qualified I bought tickets for Turkiye vs USA game in LA on 25 June 2026
2. Sold CAT1 tickets for M67 on Stubhub. I want to transfer the tickets but I can't because RTT conversion still not possible
3. Stubhub emails me and gives me extremely tight deadlines to transfer the tickets (Current date/time is 18 May 2026 10:43 PM in New York)

Looking for 2 tickets for the UEFA Champions League Final 2026 in Budapest.

Happy to pay fairly, but only dealing with legitimate sellers and safe transfer methods after almost getting scammed already.

Would strongly prefer:

• proof from UEFA Mobile Tickets app,
• transfer proof,
• or trusted resale platforms.

Travelling from Kazakhstan for the match, so this would genuinely mean a lot 🙏

"Conversion portal will open in mid-May"—this is what FIFA said.

It's May 17th now and there have been no signs of the RTT conversion portal, nor even an update on when we can expect to convert our RTTs to tickets. Like, wtf is wrong with FIFA? This looks like the shittiest, worst-organized FIFA tournament ever. I'm so DAMN MAD rn.

I’ve got 2 RTT. Work obligations will not allow me to go. I am wondering whets the best way to sell: As RTT through the marketplace or wait and convert to tickets and then sell those through whatever venue I’m allowed to do that in. This is such a weird system.

I successfully sold some tickets on the FIFA Official Resale Platform about two months ago. The resale went through completely, but it’s been two full months now, and I still haven’t received my payout in my bank account/card.
I’ve already submitted an inquiry form through their online help center, but it’s just radio silence. Since the World Cup matches are right around the corner, I really need to speak to an actual human being to find out where my money is.
Could anyone please share:
1 The best working phone number to reach FIFA World Cup 2026 Ticketing Support? (I know there are different numbers for the US, Canada, and Mexico—any confirmed working one is appreciated).
2 The exact phone menu shortcuts (IVR digits)? Which buttons do I need to press to bypass the automated bot and connect directly to a live customer service representative?
Has anyone else experienced huge delays with their FIFA resale payouts? Any advice on how to get them to actually process the payment would be a lifesaver. Thank you!
