Is modding safe from bans?

I wanna use Vipe3r's Mods for latest facepacks, kits and squads, i play only career. But I;ve begun to doubt if there would be a ban due to using of these mods on my game. What would happen if i login to FUT having these mods in place?

There are 3 catches:

  1. The server is read-only unless you boost.

  2. Online matchmaking (Online Seasons, Online Single Match, Online Tournaments) are not going to be ready. Only Single Player Seasons and Tournaments.

  3. They openly denounce piracy.
