In detail, I would like to know if and any preferred materials for the same. I skimmed through one of the papers and got the jist that the syllabus is an amalgamation of film history, film technologies, art, history and culture. I would love to know what were your go to sources for these diverse set of topics.

I would also love recommendations for a beginner level set of DSLR and lenses, as I plan to buy my first camera for learning, experience and the portfolio and practical stage of the exam.

Hey folks, I wanted to know the whole procedure regarding the admission process of the institution. I am completely oblivious as to what to do regarding the screenplay I have written. I have no experience regarding anything formal in cinema. I am a literature student at Delhi university and I do have a passion for cinema.

I don't know the first thing regarding this institution or about the formalities it requires so any information or advice you can give me will be much appreciated. I want to get into direction and most importantly i want to find people with whom i can work and hopefully make this film. This screenplay I think is good enough to film and even if it's not I would love to discuss it with people and see what i can do with it. So yeah any advice regarding the admission process and on how should i proceed with things would be much appreciated.

I am in Delhi rn and thinking of moving to pune to see how things work out. So yeah please help me out

I’m looking for the detailed syllabus of the Direction and Screenplay Writing courses offered at FTII (Film and Television Institute of India) or SRFTI (Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute).
