I posted a couple of days ago that I finally got my annual box and it had two choices I didn’t pay for one being the bracelet. Well I put in my bag to wear it today and when I opened it the clasp was missing. If that was an actual choice or something Impaif for If be livid. And they had the nerve to put it in Customization 2. It didn’t even go to my arm once. Didn’t pull it or anything… 😔
Got my box today . I got the Stanley , plus an extra Stanley , the voluspa perfume upgrade which smells nice but very generic , the DAE clarifying shampoo which smells great , the dr jart sunscreen stick and the FAB pillow pads . Everything looks really nice . Does anyone know how they will give us the information to sign up for the yoga classes? It was one of my choices and I assumed there would be something in the box to sign up or an email but I haven’t seen anything . Did anyone else get the yoga classes as a choice ?
I’m super bummed! I went back and forth between those and the black. I needed a new pair for summer. Now I’ll have to go shopping. Ugh!! 😩
So I had resubscribed and I got the free box. It was disappointing. The Dr Jart sunscreen was something I would use and so is the glow recipe mist. Not sure about the dr bandt exfoliates or the AHAVA mud mask but I was needing a mud mask.
The mortar is cute but I already own one. The tray is not great. It feels flimsy. Glad I didn’t pick it for my actual box.
I had 2 boxes that FFF says shipped on the 7th. That's the only update I have.
No movement since. For both boxes that shipped around that day. Estimated delivery date was yesterday. That came and went without any further updates.
Now I am worried they will try to ship me a new box without some of the stuff I had selected as many items were out of stock at the end, which is something I've had happen in the past.
So frustrated. I had cancelled my sub for a few years because of issues but seems like it's still a problem..
So I know most of us waited forever to receive our boxes some still waiting, for those who got their boxes how many things were missing? Mine was missing two , I reached out same day, that was last week still no response.
First box and I signed up at the end of April (for the summer box) (on an annual plan) … I still haven’t received any shipping info. Whats the norm here? I reached out to customer service but haven’t heard anything.
it’s saying that they attempted to deliver it yesterday and it’s being returned to the warehouse but minutes later says it’s still out for delivery…has anyone else experienced this?
i asked customer care and they said it’s out for delivery and that the ‘being returned to the warehouse’ is system error but now i’m just more confused 🙃
Everything I have circled did not show up. This is my first ever box. Is normally this bad? Nothing that showed up is something that I would ever want.
I am regretting my decision to get a year.
I just picked up a set with the styling cream and spray on sale from sephora. Smells amazing !! I got the leave in conditooner in my box and its working great.
I just received my first FabFitFun box since 2020 and I am so happy I decided to join again. I know a lot of members were unhappy with this box, but the quality of the choices and allowing you to choose from each category has improved drastically in the last few years.
My summer annual arrived today. Nothing was broken. None of the 3 liquid products leaked.
I have posted when things go wrong so it’s only fair to let you all know when things go well.
This is not my favorite box for myself but I was able to get three perfect gifts for coworkers that I know they’ll love.
I’m the kind of person who likes to show my appreciation for others with thoughtful gifts so this box worked out for me better than I initially expected.
Im thinking of ending this subscription and trying beachly. I believe they are owned by FFF. My daughters will be at university in the fall. I’m kind of over the home goods and basic working mom stuff. I think I might get more enjoyment from a vacation/leisure focused subscription. Thoughts?
My box is usually on the earlier side. I’ve been an annual subscriber for going on 3 years if I don’t cancel.
The only shipping information I have was “label created” on 05/04…. What is going on? Customer service was zero help. I feel like that’s plenty of time for it to have processed, & been here. It’s frustrating. I hate to complain, but after seeing the posts in this subreddit, it makes me nervous.
This is my box and add ons. I ordered 4 boxes. Two annuals and 2 seasonal to avoid paying for additional choices. This is my second annual that had all my add ons so I was pretty worried because most of the add ons were out of stock. Not only I got everything I paid for. I got an extra item for Choice 2 (Sahira bracelet, I only chose the sunglasses) and I also got the bowls in Cat 3 when I only chose the DAE shampoo.
The sunglasses are almost child size but perfect for my face shape. I am mostly excited about the swell mug. I regretted not getting it in the winter. I didn’t expect so many socks. I thought it was 20pack not 20 pairs so I’m very pleased with everything.
Pleased as punch with my first summer box. I usually just resub for Fall/Winter but needed new shades and sunscreen. The chocolate Otra frames are really nice, smaller than I typically wear but they’re a classic shape. Lip gloss and eye cream smaller than expected. Sunscreen stick bigger than expected. I swapped for credit on one category, and got these two packs of sanitizing wipes — they smell great! Plus, weirdly excited I got one of the silly lil samples — I’ll take it :)
I didn't remember or otherwise realize I'd signed up for the annual box so I've been ignoring all the FFF emails that go to my promos tab anyway. Just got a notification that my box has shipped. I logged into my account and every single item is MYSTERY. Ugh.
Y'all...I feel compelled to say, you should know better by now. If you're new here, absolutely cool to be disappointed and leave a complaint department post. If you're not, you should well know by now that these boxes are a mixed bag these days.
We get some crappy stuff, they mess things up, shipping is rough and breaks something. That's the gamble we take in this day and age of ordering mass produced stuff in *quarterly delivery and expecting it to be amazing.
Just try to enjoy the experience: it's fun to see what the options are, it's fun to stress a little over what choice you'll make, it's fun to hunt for the deals in the sales. It's still fun to get my stuff and try out something I've never thought to get before.
If you aren't having fun anymore...cancel your box. No big deal. (Respectfully) If you find another monthly subscription box that's more fun, please share with the class so we can come on over too!
I'm sorry, why? Why even bother throwing this in the mix? It kinda feels like this just came out of a workers lunchbox and I won't be eating it
