Best places to watch 4th July Fireworks with elderly parents?

Hi Everyone, I would like to take my elderly parents (not very mobile and not good with crowds) somewhere to watch the fireworks on 4th of July. I get the impression the riverside parks get overwhelmingly crowded. Can you recommend any not-too-crowded places where we won't have to deal with large crowds please? We dont mind being a bit further away from the action. I'm considering getting tickets for the USS Massachusetts and bringing some folding lawn chairs along, but am worried even that will be a bit much for them. Any suggestions gratefully appreciated. Thank you! (edit: boat name)

What is online dating scene like for someone in their 20s

I plan to start looking for a girlfriend and was thinking of using Hinge. What should i expect to see and stay clear of, I didn't do any dating in high school and now i feel left out and a bit lonely.

I don't know where people my age hang out and can be found, but I do know, people my age usually use dating apps.

What has your experiences been like?

Housing Search Help (moving from out of state)

Greetings Fall River residents,

I will be relocating from CO to attend graduate school in Dartmouth. I am searching for housing in your town. I’ll be moving there at the end of the month along with my 2 dogs (under 25 lbs each) and my partner. Since the start of my search I’ve noticed that the rental market practices are drastically different than that of Denver CO. I am wondering if you all have any insights for me on how to navigate the rental market in Fall River. I have had little luck with realtors getting back to me. Some have told me they will not give me a rental application without physically viewing the apartment first. It seems like paper applications are the preferred method of applying and they have to be notarized. Any suggestions on the best websites or apps to look for rentals? Anything else you think I should know that would help my search?

I am looking forward to being a part of your community 🤗
