VOCK Mod - Here's a taste of v1.14
Hey wastelanders! This is a short showcase of V.O.C.K. (Vocal Output Creation Kit), a community voice-acting mod for Fallout 2. Voice actors give full voices to NPCs who only ever had text, right in their Talking Head conversations.
What's in it:
- 27 characters voiced by 23 voice actors, from Klamath to the Den, New Reno, Broken Hills, Redding, NCR and beyond
- Each one is a real performance. No AI voices: we removed the last few after a community poll.
- Lots of Talking Head fixes along the way: lip-sync, flickering and see-through spots, heads jumping around
New in v1.14: Peterson, Joseph, Krom, Zaius, Flick and Rebecca Dyer.
