Hey guys. You guys were always super helpful and welcoming in the past.

I will try to keep it bow specific and I apologize for the needy nature of the post.

I stopped playing shortly before they added legendary crafting to the game. I would like a run down of what has changed in the bow meta since then. I would also like to know if they added new bows or new armor. I will take a look at builds once I get my feet on the ground. I am just gathering as much info as I can before I make a return to the game later tonight

For the amount of resources and time you spend into getting the gold bullion, vault steel, and all the ultracite plans, like emergency protocols and calibrated shocks...

the poison tick damage should be a bit better, or give some sort of extra buffs, because 5 acid damage a second is so mid, strangler heart PA just seems like a status device and serves no proper meaning within any aspect of the game

Hey everyone!

I just read a post here saying that the legendary bows Piercing Love and Burning Love have their base damage cut compared to regular bows. Am I the only one who thinks this is wrong?

They're giving us the ability to change legendary stars on them, which is great – but what's the point if the damage is still gimped? With the same mods, they'll just underperform compared to a standard compound bow. Isn't that basically the same situation we're in right now?

Sorry for the emotional post, but I was genuinely so happy that I'd finally be able to properly play with these legendary bows. But if nothing changes, they'll just remain pretty wall decorations. Beautiful, but useless.

Is there any realistic way to reach the devs about this? And if so, how can I try to get their attention?

What is the highest damage you've seen your bow do? Currently my bow is doing around 7K on weak spots, and 10k on crits.

I just feel like I can squeeze more damage in there somehow, considering the fact that I've been away for a while and I have an old build!

bow guy here. I assume a lot of folks will switch over to the Burning Love once you can reroll it.
Then I planned to maybe try:

Furious *
Explosive ** (I currently use 50 Hit Chance)
Lucky Hit *** (crits every other shit w/my armor/underamor/etc)
Icemen's **** (I currently use Pin-Pointers)
Plasma arrows (I currently use Cryo)

Thus you'd do ballistic, fire, explosive, ice and plasma damage. I wonder if a higher INT and maybe even a INT on the 3-star would do anything here...

I have recently moved to Pc from console.

Now that I have reached level 50 I was wondering if somebody could make me a compound bow please?

I am on Pc and don't really fancy doing the grind for the Settler Rep just yet.
