100% deposit match in FanCash

Anyone else receive this offer? I clicked it but it apparently selected a diff offer that only gave me $10. I talked to customer service and not only did he add $50 to my account but he left the other $10 in there and told me I can still use the 100% deposit match for the next time I deposit. lol i didn’t realize customer service even existed on fanatics!

I was given 4 tickets to fanfest for being a onegold member but won’t be able to make it. So I’m planning to sell them, so I go to transfer them but it says they are ineligible? Any help? Thank you guys
