What happens when UBW makes EX ranked Noble Phantasms?(Also finally Shirou Upscale)

We know UBW noble phantasms always get 1 rank degradation like A++ becomes B++ and they only regain the original rank if turned into broken phantasm.

So what happens if he makes a noble phantasm which is EX rank.

As we know EX doesn't mean stronger than A as it's just stuf that can't be measured.
