Holy moly!!!! This was the weirdest experience and feeling ever.

This is why I always tell people: if your ear feels plugged, your hearing suddenly seems muffled, or you have pressure in one ear, don’t start digging with Q tips.

Sometimes the answer is much simpler than you think.

I own an ear clinic that specializes in earwax removal and ear problems.

This small ganglion cyst been annoying me for a while. Please excuse the shaking hand (I got a little scared of pushing too hard 😅). The red dot already present was from a previous attempt but the needle turned out to be blunt.

This hair was under so many layers of leg flesh... it was long and I could feel it sliding out from under my skin!

They welded some kinda bracket and attempted to extract it with a cherry picker, according to the customer. Found that they also cracked the valve cover in the process. Once the lifting attachment broke they gave up and recommended the entire cylinder head. Initially I was lazy and tried using a custom J-hook, but eventually scrapped that stupid idea and went with welding a wheel stud instead. All 4 other injectors came out with the proper attachment.
