I don't get what this is coming out with the water?

I had an ear infection months ago and this is the second big scab to finally detach and fall out. I felt it flapping for days and just wanted to rip it out however i like my eardrums. Hopefully it took the damn tube out of my ear with it this time

I ski and run a bunch. I always get these strange toe nails that peel off with another nail ready togo underneath.

Would a sugaring/waxing salon do this?
