i can't find anything online

If mag lalakad po ba ako ng scholarship need ko na agad mag bayad nung 10k they said kasi na need ko na mag downpayment ng 10k to secure my slot sa may23

Hindi na po ba ako pwede mag pasa requirements for scholarship if hindi ako exact 23 mag pay? Thankyou! (na sa baguio po kasi ako)

I'm an incoming freshman and will be taking BSCE. I'm just curious about the profs here at FEUTECH especially on my program because I've read some complaints here (reddit) on how bad some profs is. I just want to be aware of what kind of profs I'm going to encounter since I'm already enrolled and kinda no choice jkwajkqkajs
