Stupenda 124 Spider!

Spotted this Fiat 131 Abarth recently and thought it was worth sharing.
There is something really appealing about how functional these look. It is still clearly based on a fairly ordinary saloon shape, but then you get the box arches, front spoiler, extra lamps and that very purposeful rally stance. It does not feel over-designed — more like every change had a reason.
The 131 Abarth was built for rally homologation, with the road cars using a 2.0-litre twin-cam 16-valve engine and a much more serious setup than the standard 131, including independent rear suspension. The competition versions were developed far beyond that and became a big part of Fiat’s rally success in the late 1970s.
I think that “ordinary car turned serious” character is what makes it interesting. It is not conventionally elegant, but it has real presence.
I’m trying to keep little car-meet spots like this together with notes and background details, rather than just letting the photos disappear in my camera roll. This 131 is exactly the kind of car that makes that feel worthwhile.
FIAT’s upcoming urban EV will be called Multiplina, referencing the classic 600 Multipla. Unlike the smaller Topolino, it will be a larger L7e quadricycle with four seats and a top speed of up to 90 km/h, positioning it between micromobility and a traditional city car.
Expected around 2028, it will likely cost about €13,000, sitting between the Topolino and the future electric Pandina, with rivals like the Dacia Hipster.
Just got hit and ran how much does this cost to fix?
Hello All,
I have been fighting with my car for some time now and cannot find a cause of the problems. Car was running perfectly for a long time and one saturday I arrived home left it in the garage and on Monday it started to feel a bit weak. Right now it runs ok while idling but under load it doesn't have any power and barely moves forward. While revving it without load it hasitates from idle up to 3500rpm and then revs ok. There is no codes in the ecu. I checked wastegate and it moves as expected by hand. Right now while connected to a computer I can see that while under load expected boost pressure was 2 bar while the actual value was 1 bar but the turbo is still pumping something beacuse i can hear the blow off valve releasing pressure. The car also runs rich as expected and you can hear the fuel being detonated in the exhaust. I started with replacing the fuel pump as it needed it either way and the lambda sensor. The throttle body was checked and works fine.
Has anybody had this kind of a problem and could point me in the right direction on to what to look out for?
Thank you!
Found this little guy while walking around Tokyo. Thought you all would appreciate it.

The Fiat Zicster, unveiled in 1996, was an open-top electric roadster derived from the 1995 Zic concept. Developed by Centro Stile Fiat, it combined lightweight aluminum and composite construction, weighing about 850 kg.
Powered by a 21.5 kW electric motor, it reached 100 km/h and offered a range of up to 230 km (about 170 km in urban use). Its compact, rounded design clearly anticipated the later Fiat 500, though it remained a concept.
Yesterday I bought a 1991 Panda Selecta. It may not be a 4x4 but it still is an interesting model. It requires some bodywork but the floor is still there and with just 64k kilometers it still is a very solid little car. Currently in love with it as it was always one of my favorite little fiats. I plan to use it as a weekend car that will be gradually restored.
Hello everyone,
I just went to test drive a 2022 Fiat 500e base model, my wife loved the car.
We just closed our lease on our 2023 hybrid 500 Dolcevita last week, and she wanted to buy another 500 or 500e because she is in love with the Fiat 500s.
But I have a couple of questions. During the test drive, I had to use the brake pedal for regenerative braking, since I have a Tesla M3, this was very strange for me. Is there a way in the configuration of the car to make it more one-pedal-driving?
Alguma dica?
Hello there. This is going to be my first car and in my country the most recent years are 2017 Fiat 500 models. Pardon me if some comparisons don't make sense it is just I need help to understand what I am paying extra for. I have recently found there two models that are listed in the city I live in:
Both units are well mainteined and have historic data from the official Fiat service. I will drive this usually in the city and at the weekends to other cities that are ~150-250KM away.
My questions are as following:
Thank you very much beforehand for your time and responses <3
Sold my Fiat 500x 1.3 Firefly, ~30k miles in it after one year ownership. Reason for sale was pure economical; fuel consumption too high (about 6.8 ltr in road driving, maybe 8 in city). Cost me a ton of money in gasoline.
Photo is from last roadtrip with my kids. ☺️
