FinTrU TrUths

Creating this as an anonymous safe space to talk about what's been happening at work. Too much change has made it a shite place to work.

**Operational Excellence** but make it volunteer work.

FinTrU's strongest core value continues to be Audacity

After yet another round of internal redundancies, "Leadership" have reached a new level of Operational Risk comedy.

"EXCITING 6-MONTH SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY"...for someone in client services to step into a support role... "during a period of POSITIVE CHANGE at FinTrU."

Absolutely fascinated by the timing of this opening.

FinTrU really said,

"Would anyone at Junior/mid-level like to temporarily become a Project Governance/ Delivery Excellence/ Stakeholder Management/ Process Optimisation Specialist during this exciting period of positive change?"

Pay?! ***"You will retain your current compensation"***

Incredible. I was worried the temporary increase in responsibilities during this positive period of organisational optimisation might accidentally result in financial reward.
