Looking for a great space in one of Portland’s best neighborhoods? I'm looking for someone to take my place in our 3-bed townhome situated right between N Mississippi Ave and N Williams Ave—walking distance to incredible food, coffee, local spots, and transit. You'd be sharing the 3br house with just one other person, so there is plenty of space.
Rent: $1,150 / month
Well behaved pets are allowed!
Utilities: ~$100–$120 / month per person (billed separately)
Deposit: $1,500 (No first/last month’s rent required up front)
Availability: Looking for someone to start on November 1st +/- 1 week
The Room: Spacious ground floor suite with a full bathroom and your own private, fenced backyard patio. It stays naturally cool year-round (a huge plus in summer!). The bedroom doesn't get much sunlight; putting that out there for people who like sunny bedrooms! The rest of the house is sunny. I enjoy the dark/quiet place to sleep, but not everyone does.
Main Living Area: Upstairs is a nice large kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room with a piano. If you work remotely, there is room to set up a WFH desk setup in the main living space, if you don't want it in your bedroom.
Storage & Parking: Attached garage for gear, bikes, and extra storage, plus plenty of street parking.
Housemate & Vibe: You’ll be sharing the home with Mark (early 30s, engineer, works from home). He’s easygoing, into outdoor activities, and loves animals—so pets are welcome! Looking for someone clean, respectful, and reliable. Ideally someone in their late 20s-30s.
