A sneakpeak of our upcoming show for 2026!

Hey everyone,

With the Camion d'Intervention Artistique, we light-up smiles. This is a show on a real fire-truck, with aerials 100 feet in the air. It is a tribute to the fireman profession that blends clowning and aerial circus, with the goal of bringing circus to places it wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Soviet vibes: Dongfeng 140 of Anyang fire and rescue Huanghe avenue(yellow river avenue) fire station. May 30, 2026. Source: @LAPD-AY on weibo

IIRC Huanghe avenue fire station is also where the Anyang fire and rescue's headquarters is located.

Anyang is a smaller town for chinese standard(5.4 million) so their stuff may be more outdated.

Additionally the Dongfeng 140 continued production until 2011.

Which looks better, the yellow ambulance livery or white ambulance livery?

I myself grew up with the white ambulance livery and used to think the yellow livery was ugly but now that i've gotten used to the yellow livery i find the yellow livery much cooler and the white livery kinda bland.

I also heard that in terms of praticality the yellow ambulance is easier to spot in stuff like fog

The Norinco "Python" all terrain rescue vehicle entering service with the National Mine Emergency rescue Hegang team(coal mine rescue in Hegang, heilongjiang). August 26, 2024.

Funnily enough this is built in norinco's Harbin 1st machinery group(哈尔滨第一机械集团有限公司), which is the same company(and factory) making china's tanks and cannons. (rather ironic if you think about it, lifesaving rescue equipment and war machines from the same company; Norinco itself is more famous for their guns and tanks but this irony goes all the way to the factory itself)

FYI national mine rescue teams(also sometimes referred to as battalions) are specialized rescue units under the ministry of emergency management(also in charge of the national fire and rescue administration); they are responsible for disaster relief, rescue and firefighting in mines(in this case, coal mines).
