Im using atlas os and its very finicky with certain vpns so I chose not to use any at all, Ive never used any other download and installation service other than qbittorrent. I have a lot of games from fitgirl and dodi and have never experienced any issues other than windows defender blocking important files. Btw I barely have any experience with pcs this is my first one
I recently built my pc. Although I do have the specs, I can't play AAA titles cuz I just can't spend on games. I'm also skeptical about the safety. Where I live, the laws aren't strict so I don't need a vpn. I've watched some tutorials here in this sub reddit and here I'm making a step by step guide which I hope is correct. And if not pls help me out 🙏 🏳️
Make 2 folders i)Setup Files and ii)Games
Add these two files in the Windows Defender exclusion list (If I do this at the start I won't have to tinker with the defender on and off stuff right?)
Download qBittorrent
Go to fitgirl-repacks.site and click on the [magnet] link of a desired game
Let that link load in the torrent client, uncheck the unwanted files, assign it to the "Setup Files" folder and hit download
After installation the status shifts to "Seeding" which I can pause
Then go to the setup folder and find the game folder. After that verify the files (I don't know what to do if the verification highlights a corrupted file. But the tutorial I watched shows the best case scenario so I'm including this. If u know what to do if that happens pls let me know)
Right click the setup.exe file and check the administrator thingy and run in compatibility mode. Then right click again and "Run as Administrator"
Check-Uncheck various stuff (I still don't know what to check and uncheck. Whether the checking-unchecking phase is same for every game I don't know). And now assign the download location to the "Games" folder and wait for the download.
After this, there will be a shortcut created right?
QUESTIONS:
Can I delete the entire setup files after the whole installation is complete?
How do I delete the game if I ever want to?
There are various games links in Fitgirl site. For example, there are a lot of GTAV or RDR2 links. How do I know which one to download?
I've tried putting the application in dedicated graphics mode, checked all the files during installation (I played throught the first mission thrice), I've reinstalled my graphics driver, resigned the steam id in the save files with the file save transfer, nothing seems to work, running as administrator does nothing, the game is just stuck at the end of the opening credits scene after the first mission. What am I doing wrong? How to fix this?? Help me out please.
I downloaded bannerlord via magnet link from original fitgirl site. I use brave browser and qbittorrent. I started unpacking with joy. Run the setup. Finish the setup. On the confirming files page I saw little pink pixels on file explorer. My heart dropped I closed the file checker. And I saw that renpy mf için on file explorer. The fitgirl directing thing came up and i shut down the computer from power supply button like gustavo fring hopping from chair. I pulled out Ethernet cable and stared into abyss for 30min. Sitting via windows media creation USB in my hand. What should I do?

Today, i tried to execute a site grabber with IDM but it shows nothing ? I did everything i have to for making IDM download files. Copy the link, put all files to compressed, put levels on the base site to 1 and the level on other sites to 1, ignore popups selected and paste the following link : https://fuckingfast.co, selected compressed files then next. It started showing the files, then at the end NOTHING. someone have something similar ? can i fix it ? this happened when i was trying to download SH2 and also for POPPY PLAYTIME. Thanks ! just noticed anything on the title i was trying to say NOTHING srry

Hello everyone, apparently I saw many people experiencing the issue with JDownloader2 (always offline links); I experienced the same yesterday. And it's annoying.
So I created this tool using Python with CLI + UI support. You can download it here for the executable or just clone the repo.
