Hey, so I’m trying to find this Marketland game I used to play at Facebook. Can anyone tell me if it’s there before I download it?

**Platform(s):** PC / Flash Game (Web Browser).

**Genre:** Top-down Military Action / Warfare / Sandbox vehicle combat.

**Estimated year of release:** Somewhere between 2008 and 2014.

**Graphics/art style:** 2D Pixel-art. It had a somewhat gritty, military, and rustic aesthetic. It was NOT clean vector graphics (like Armor Games' usual cartoon style), but proper pixel sprites.

**Notable characters:** You controlled a single soldier/commando from a top-down perspective (bird's-eye view, exactly like the classic GTA 1 and GTA 2 games). Enemies were NPC soldiers.

**Notable gameplay mechanics:**

The scale of the game was massive for a Flash title. You fought against enemy soldiers on foot and vehicles. The most unique and memorable mechanic was the ability to hijack and drive massive vehicles. You could get into drivable tanks, but most importantly, **giant warships/cruisers** and smaller boats. You could use these giant ships to bomb and attack NPC enemies on the docks or in the water.

**Other details:**

* **Perspective:** 100% Top-down (view from above). It was NOT a sidescroller/platformer like *Metal Slug* or *Strike Force Heroes*.

* **Map/Levels:** I have a vivid memory of a huge harbor/port section with giant cranes and docks. However, the map also featured a network of internal rivers and canals where enemy patrol boats/speedboats would navigate and attack you. It felt like a massive map or a sprawling open-ended level structure.

* **The Mystery:** I spent days searching for this game extensively a couple of years *before* the official Adobe Flash shutdown in 2020, and it was already completely gone. It was NOT hosted on major sites like Newgrounds, Y8, or Friv. It is highly likely it was an indie project hosted on smaller, independent European or alternative blogs/servers that went offline years ago.

* **Confirmed it is NOT:** *Endless War* (any of them), *Mud and Blood*, *Bratwurst*, *Superfighters*, or *City Siege*.

Please help me find this personal lost media. It has been living rent-free in my memories for a decade and I refuse to let it fade away! Thank you!
