Made an oc for the first time •D
Not much to say except that he's an in-between state of common and rare which mutated his appearance like swapping the placement of the two top flask, giving him this goat like eye, having less potions for his tail, giving him the little bolt like things rare flasque has, and giving him a small little swirl pattern near his face area (and I gave him a blue bow tie because he looks sillier with it)
