Lost my luggage on a bus Split -> Dubrovnik. Does anyone know if there’s a lost and found depot in Dubrovnik and where it would be?? I tried asking at the bus station as well as a million times with Flixbus customer support

In a few weeks it'll be my first time with FlixBus since I usually only use trains. Never drove with anything comparable and I'm kinda nervous on the how it's done.

My biggest question would be luggage. I have a small suitcase with me that will probably be stored down below. How do I get it back? Will it be taken out by the driver himself or do I have to point out my stuff? How are the stops handled?

Also anything else that I definitely have to take into consideration when driving with them?

God damn, it's killing people with that smell even with doors closed. No woman wants to sit on that, and even man like me find those toilets disgusting even im a not complaining type guy. So, i never drink a few hours before the ride. And when we arrive in service stations i got pee even i dont want to pee. Please take care of your buses because those are your assets too. You have dirty seats and dirty floors which i dont want to complain too much but you need to take care of your properties. It's not so difficult to clean toilet with cleaning vinegar to clean it and get off the smell. And i always sit in the backseat and i can smell from there

Hi guys, I accidentally forgot to take my suitcase when I got off the bus 😭 I already filled out the lost property form yesterday but haven’t received any updates from them yet. I also tried calling customer service but no one picked up. Does anyone know how to properly follow up on the case? 🙏🏼

The biggest challenge for taking Flixbus is to look for where flixbus will stop in a new city. You need to take at least 5 minutes to study google maps. Then come 1 hour earlier to look for flixbus because i have never successfully find the station in first trial. A few times back then i only had 30 minutes to find the right stop, so i was sweating and in panic. So Flixbus, can you please make a page of information where do you stop with a small map and red dot? You are thinking people can find the stop so easy in an unfamiliar city with language barrier and sometimes my phone provider is going off because i was using service from a different country. I could use that time drinking some coffee and do some shopping in Central station.

So far my bus only has me and one other passenger on it, and it’s supposed to leave in two weeks. Would FlixBus cancel because it’s not worth taking only two passengers?

This was my last time using this a**-s*it company, as my bus connection got delayed for 2,5 hour and i missed my 500euro flight because of it

Tomorrow i am taking ny long busride in the night, but seat reservation was not possible.

We all have our preference on where to sit of course, but is it really going to be a "first come first serve" when we board? I have flixbus experience but this is the first time I could not reserve a seat.

How do you handle it?

[UK]So bit of a question regarding my transfer to come - our driver was clearly too close to the vehicle ahead on the motorway who slammed on their breaks (no clue what for) and our driver rear-ended their van!

I have a transfer @bristol and wondering what happens now if I miss my transfer. Will Omio/Flixbus refund me or help to organise it etc??

Hello, switched a ride I had just booked to a different date (the day before) and it gave me a booking canceled email. No follow ups or new booking number or anything. But that’s it???? I’m very confused, is this normal? Will I get another email later or something?

Hi all, I’m planning to arrive in Strasbourg at 4:00AM from Paris via flixbus (10pm in Paris) on June 1st. The trains are a lot more expensive. Is it safe for a solo woman to land in Strasbourg at 4 AM? Also what can I do at that hour?

When I check the booking number it says the trip is still valid but I'm confused why I received a cancellation receipt.

Any ideas?

I was supposed to take a FlixBus back from Berlin to Paris at 8:55 PM.

My friends and I arrived at Berlin Central Bus Station one hour early. The bus was displayed on the board, so everything seemed normal at first.

Thirty minutes later, FlixBus sent us an SMS saying the bus would be delayed by one hour.
However, the station display never changed, so we kept waiting at the platform.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes of delay, my friend noticed on the tracking app that the bus was already moving toward Paris without ever stopping to pick up passengers at the departure station in Berlin.

Since my friends have work tomorrow in Paris, we were forced to book the last available bus to Paris at the last minute for €90.

How is this kind of situation even possible?
Can I get a refund or compensation for this issue? If so, how?

Fermata flixbus Vittorio Emanuele a Torino

Insieme a mia moglie faremo Bologna Aosta con Flixbus venerdì mattina.
Solo che abbiamo un cambio da fare qui a Torino con attesa di quasi due ore.
Visto che le previsioni hanno messo pioggia, esiste qualcosa dove ripararsi (abbiamo anche dei trolley) o si viene abbandonati in mezzo alla strada ?

So we booked a trip from Munich to Bolzano on 30th of may, only to learn that the Brenner pass will be closed on that day.

I was hoping to cancel the trip without fees and get a direct refund, but flixbus doesn't even know about the closure officially.
Do you think there is still any hope that the trip will be officially cancelled, or will FlixBus instead reroute the trip and simply accept the doubled travel time?
