Title: Rude experience at Coco branch in SM Grand Central tonight (Aug. 14)

Just sharing this experience from tonight, August 14, at a Coco branch in SM Grand Central.
We were still at the branch at around 9:55 PM, with the mall closing at 10:00 PM. We understand that the staff needed to close soon, and we were not intending to stay past closing.
However, instead of politely informing us that they were about to close, the staff started making noticeable noises, seemingly by throwing trays and/or utensils around. They then started laughing among themselves, which made us feel like they were indirectly trying to tell us to leave.
I understand that employees may be tired or preparing for closing, but I don’t think customers should be made to feel unwelcome or rushed through behavior like this.
I’m posting this anonymously because I don’t want to identify anyone. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar at this branch.
