Hannibal’s Catering in Sacramento has rats and rat poop in their food .
I saw it with my own eyes. They were shutdown last year for cockroaches and cockroach larva. After they were shutdown and told to stop all operations. The owner turn gas and ovens back on and finished the parties for the day. Served the food behind the health departments back. When the inspector came back the next day he felt the oven which was hot and asked why but the owner Phil, Gabe some explanation and the inspector was lazy.
Think twice before planning a wedding or any type of social gathering that you n ed food for.
