Hey — I’m the person building WingVault.

Before I take it any further, I need to know whether the free checker handles real ForeFlight logbook exports correctly.

It runs entirely in your browser. Your CSV is not uploaded, stored, or sent to me, and no account is required.

If you have a recent ForeFlight export, could you check:

- Does it recognize the file?

- Does the flight count match ForeFlight?

- Do the total time and date range match?

- Are any rows marked unreadable?

Please don’t post or send me your CSV. If something is off, the field name and the mismatch are enough.

I’m hoping to get 5–10 real-world checks, especially from older or slightly messy logbooks. Thanks.

Yes it’s plain text.

How do I tell if it’s estimated expiry or actual?

It doesn’t translate stuff fully so you get a mixed result with some NOTAMs.

If people need to practice for exams it can build bad habits or rustiness.

I am not sure why anyone needs it.
