FOSYTH COUNTY FYI

Our local governments, city, county and state have Welcome centers setup in India and work with banks, relators, car sales and job placement to setup Indian family's and whole communities to move over here.

They assist them with setting up the loans and the whole process including all of the H1b visas which we are now finding out that millions of them were issued on fake diplomas that were forged.

They move over here into a 500k+ home driving Tesla's working in Tech or medical jobs that most of the time they are forged and they have no experience and they are faking or stumbling there way through it using the language barrier and being a foreigner as a shield to allow them to get away with it.

This is not just a 1 time or couple time event either. In Forsyth county there are 2 brand new neighborhoods near me that have 300+ half million dollar homes that was completely sold out before they were finished being built and now both of those neighborhoods somehow are all Indians. Not one white or black or Mexican American lives there. It is all new foreign Indians that have recently moved here. and this is happening in a ton of new neighborhoods all over Georgia and probably the country if i had to guess based on Minnesota and other areas of the country.

It is almost impossible for Americans living in this country to organize that well and purchase a whole neighborhood for 1 culture or race and be successful but somehow Immigrants are able to do it over and over and over in a ton of neighborhoods and areas. There is definitely some suspicious under the table or behind the scenes stuff going on with our government and banks and businesses.

I promise if you open your eyes and pay attention and do a little research you will find and see the exact same thing happening over and over and there is only 1 way it is possible.

Made a Local Newsletter

Hey everyone. I recently made a weekly newsletter for Forsyth County where I share recent news on the region’s development and growth. It’s completely free and comes on Sunday morning. Signing up automatically gives you a list of 15 developments that are changing the county this year.

I don’t make any money from this and just want people to get more awareness on how their city is changing.

You can sign up here: Real Forsyth

What are your thoughts on the new Exit 11A

So as many of you know, Exit 11A finally finished development on Thursday after almost 5 years. But is it really going to make a difference? The interchanges on Windward and McFarland are close enough. I just wanna know if I can expect traffic to be lighter.

What do you think?

3/2 Housing inventory - East Forsyth near Lanier

For buyers looking in this area, not many options to choose from that are 3/2 one-level or close to one-level ranches. Are sellers paying closing costs in this kind of market, or would sellers be put off by a buyer asking for them? Yes I know you can always ask but also risk offending some.

No agent is involved at this point, still just looking at purchasing in this area but was told by one agent that its common in this area for sellers to pay 9% sale costs. Does this sound accurate?
