I was playing a match on Xbox and as soon as I won I ran around collecting as much dropped sprites as I could, including this cubed batman sprite. I picked it up with the sound effect of it extracting right before the victory royal sign popped up. However, when I tried to see it on my collection list it doesn’t show up as extracted. I was able to take a picture of it as the game was ending (I was excited lmao) is this bug able to be fixed?

is it only the quack that does not show even when mastered???

Please help!

Okay so basically a couple months ago my account got hacked and i got it back. But after a few days of being fine, i got banned AGAIN for 24 hours, i thought it would be fine but the next day got hit witht he same ban again.... then the next day again.....and again.....and again. Its been a couple of months now and i thought hey maybe i could try again but nope still got banned. Before anyone asks, YES this IS a bug because whenever i try to load any gamemode, including br, creative maps or whatever, i get banned before i can leave the battle bus and i do not know why. i have already tried:

1. uninstalling and reinstalling
2. Getting support from epic but that has failed more than 4 different times to get any meaningful help
3. disabling anything i could think of, i even restarted my laptop and then loaded fornite first and still got banned
4. reset my account details
5. Got a whole new laptop and STILL got banned on it
6. Literally made an alternate account and that one worked and still works while my main account on the SAME NETWORK still gets banned
7. Literally got an upgrade to my plan(well my dad did) and i have over 1.5k ms
8. Literally stood still when loading a match and still got banned under "exploiting"
9. Logged out from ALL devices
10. The ban is under "exploiting" when i literally do NOTHING. Like genuinely NOTHING was done. i have NO REASON to exploit. the account i lost was from chapter 2 with REAL money spent on (there several hundred skins on there by the way, all LEGALLY obtained)
11. I have disabled my VPN as well in case anyone wants to ask
12. No the banns do not appear on my sanctions list for whaetevr reason

i REALLY REALLY do not know whats going on and i want my account back. This is an old account from chapter 2 with hundreds of skins in it. Can anyone help me out, and please like and share this, this is the only way i can think of to get epic to notice and help me. i am REALLY desperate. There is a video right below this for anyone who wants to see more

Anyone have any advice on how to get this reported to Fortnite? Gummy zero point has been locked for the past few updates and quack zero point and gem aura aswell

Anyone else still having trouble with sprites being mastered but still being locked? The gummy zp has been locked even though I mastered it multiple updates ago and no luck. Other sprites that were still locked managed to get fixed except that one now I have the gummy zero point gem aura sprite quack zero point still locked aswell
