FH6’s Wing Problem Would Be Fixed Instantly With One Simple Change

I know we’ve seen plenty of posts already about the FH6 rear wing, but this thing is genuinely one of the ugliest aero parts Forza has ever added. It looks absolutely donkey on almost every single car except maybe some Porsches or Ferraris.

The biggest issue is that it completely ruins the style of so many builds. Clean street cars, touge cars, old JDM builds, muscle cars, all instantly look worse the second you need rear downforce. We’re still stuck choosing between performance or actually making the car look good.

Honestly the community should just boycott using it entirely. If nobody uses the wing, maybe they’ll finally realize how disliked it actually is and either redesign it, give us adjustable stock aero, or add proper brand-specific wings instead of this universal swan-neck thing slapped onto everything.

And the tuning system could be way better too. Different aero should have different tuning ranges instead of one ugly universal “best” option. A chassis-mounted race wing should obviously have the highest downforce range, while smaller ducktails or OEM-style wings have less adjustment but look cleaner and fit street builds better.

Right now it feels backwards because the fastest aero in the game is basically a wish.com ricer wing bolted onto the trunk instead of a proper chassis-mounted setup. It kills immersion and makes half the cars look ridiculous.

Forza Horizon 6 on PC is the best looking racing game ever made. Nothing comes close.

You may have noticed the lightning looks different, it's because I am using custom Nvidia filters to make the game look more natural without the vanilla yellow/grey tint.

Remember the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Forza Edition from FH5? The car that could do literally everything, including breaking physics? Well i think i just found its equivalent in FH6 and im not gonna gatekeep.

Right now in the playlist you can the 2021 Pagani Hyara R for simply winning an offroad championhip. Get that. Then you go to find tuning setups and you get the X tier set up by user SneakingTitan53, its named "BBS".

Let me tell you. This is literally the Sesto FE. It breaks physics. It carries insane speed trough corners, it accelerates like a rocket. It grips like a 18 year old. IT DOES IT ON TARMAC. IT DOES IT ON GRASS. IT DOES IT ON DIRT. And somehow, despite all that grip... it drifts better than ANY drift car.

I spent 3 hours total 3 starring two different drift zones yesterday. I just beat both scores on the first try in the Hyara. Not just that... i did every single drift, trailblazer, danger sign, speed trap, speed zone etc.. basically on the first try in that car. Its a cheat code.

Go get it. NOW. Thank me later...

PSA: All the barnfind barns have a road leading to them that isnt on the map

Most of you know this but for those who dont, you dont have to randomly check the entire purple circle. Just find a path that isnt on the map (the path is always connected to a road that is on the map) and you will find the barn.

I have been playing since forza horizon 2 and am only now finding this out.....

NO WAY!!!!

can't believe it! I was in the menus and then heard the voice line talking about a player gifted me a car, I was about to get off for the night too and went to check it out since it was the first gift since playing the game. And when I opened it, it was this! Thank you to the person who did it, I blurred the gamertag but you are amazing. My friend said I screamed like a little boy playing FH1 back in the day lol. Good times! Thank you

Abysmal performance EGPU

I'm running the latest version of Xbox store fh6 with my Thunderbolt 4 EGPU (rtx 3060 12gb VRAM) and I have horrible performance with constant stutters. It's the only game where I have this problem and it's really not great, because I can't enjoy the game.

The EGPU is connected to my MSI CLAW A1M (16gb ram Intel ultra core 5). Does anyone has the same experience as me and have a fix ?

The copied-over Drivatar AI from FH5 is easily the worst part about this game

Even with my expectation of this game being more like Horizon 5.5, I was still baffled they'd done absolutely fuck all about the Drivatar AI. Basically, on Expert difficulty and up, you need to take the following into account in order to win. This is identical to how it was in FH5.

  • Drivatars will always match your speed unless you're in pole position: This is why you should never build a car for speed and always build it for handling. They'll always be as fast as you are, with slightly stronger acceleration uphill. Even worse on launch, as you'll almost always lose 1-2 positions instantly on the straight.
  • Drivatars have stupendously high grip no matter the surface: This is especially egregious in dirt and cross-country events. I've never seen a single Drivatar oversteer, ever. I'm getting dive-bombed in the corners because the AI can take the inside line at ludicrous speeds. The perfect, single-file driving in cross-country also looks ridiculous.
  • Each circuit and sprint track has 1-2 weak corners for the AI: It varies but for circuits it's usually going to be the 2nd or 3rd corner and in sprints also commonly the (second to) last corner to fake close finishes for the player. It's so fucking dumb but because the AI cars are so overpowered, this is your one and only win condition.
  • Every race requires one (1) miraculous overtake: In addition to my previous point, if you don't exploit that early, weak corner and don't overtake at least 4-5 cars, good luck trying to win lol. Unless you can drive flawlessly for the remainder of the track. If you sit in 5th or 6th for too long, the leading Drivatars will become impossible to catch.
  • Don't tune your car to the PI limit unless you have an insane tune: I've had most success using stock cars, no joke. Again, unless you know how to tune your car perfectly, you're fucked trying to squeeze as much power out of it because the handling will suffer and you won't stand a chance in the corners. I usually just do tires and weight reduction.
  • You can just chill out once you're in the lead: This one pisses me off greatly. I have to torpedo myself through corners in order to get even a whiff of the guy's ass in front of me, but once I'm in the lead I can just take my time like it's a Sunday drive and finish every race with the exact same 2-3 second lead. That sucks and isn't exciting at all.

In other words, racing becomes very predictable, formulaic, and it completely kills any immersion for me because you start looking at the game like code instead of an experience. I've had much more tense races in Gran Turismo 4, and that game is over 20 years old.

i gift new players some nice cars

hello, i dont know why but i like it to gift new players some cool designed and tuned cars, my goal is it to gift 4 cars daily so new players got a better feeling for the game, as of today i gifted exactly 8 cars and my hopes to make forza a better place are high
