Quality is pretty crappy

I was just wondering if someone could make this place more eerie or abandoned looking. Like some vines along the walls and roof, maybe some dust particles, and maybe some decay and rot.

I’m getting an American flag behind the eagle. There will be very SLIGHT color on the flag, nothing bright but dark tones of red and blue. The flag will be a bit tattered and worn. This lovely lady is my recently departed mama. She was tiny, but with a HUGE attitude! She loved to joke that she needed a flamethrower to take out everyone that pissed her off.
