I ordered a laptop from Flipkart for ₹50k during a sale. It reached the nearest Ekart hub (AjwaHub_BDQ) on 1 July but has been stuck there ever since. The original delivery date (2 July) and revised date (4 July) were both missed.

I've contacted customer support multiple times, emailed the Grievance Officer, and even filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but I keep getting the same "24 hours" assurance.

The laptop now costs over ₹60k, so I don't want the order cancelled.

Has anyone faced this? How did you get it resolved?

For context, this is what the update is, and of course, the option of cancellation is nowhere to be found either.

Also, fyi, delivery is expected to be on 3rd of July (today is the 6th btw), and that is already delayed as the initial one was supposed to be on 29th of June.

I recently ordered a Daikin 1.5 Ton 3-Star Split AC from Flipkart. It was delivered under Open Box Delivery.

During delivery, the executive only asked me to check for external damage like dents and scratches. Since this was my first Open Box Delivery, I assumed that was the complete inspection process.

After the delivery executive left, I unpacked the box properly and found that essential installation accessories were missing, including the copper connecting pipe, drain pipe, and other accessories required for installation. As a result, the AC cannot be installed.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with Flipkart Open Box Delivery? Were you able to get the missing accessories or a replacement? Any suggestions on the fastest way to get this resolved would be appreciated.

Will it deliver or should I cancel ?

Is anyone else noticing Flipkart changing the final price at checkout? I used to think the price was just updating in real-time, but it happens every time now. The product page and payment page just don't match consistently.
Look at these screenshots:
Product page promises a final price of ₹10,142 with the coupon and ICICI discount applied.
The second I hit the payment screen, the total jumps to ₹10,510.

are they just baiting people with lower upfront prices hoping no one notices at checkout?

Promised 50 off but showed same price I ordered in case I would get the cashback or something but didn't. And now this scammers support is giving me the list of languages to talk, I speak only hindi and English, mf.

I've had enough of Flipkart accepting orders they clearly can't fulfill. Delays, excuses, terrible support, and zero accountability—every single time. If you can't deliver orders properly, stop taking them. Stop wasting customers' time. Absolutely pathetic
