My Flipkart order has been stuck in transit since 14 August, and I still haven't received it.

According to Ekart tracking, the shipment reached New Delhi on 14 August and left the facility at around 11:02 AM. There have been no updates since then.

I even went to my nearest Ekart hub in Gurugram, but they told me that they haven't received my shipment yet.

I've contacted Flipkart customer support multiple times, but I haven't received a clear explanation or resolution.

Honestly, does Delhi → Gurugram really take this long? The shipment supposedly left Delhi on 14 August, and it's now 19 August with no visible movement.

This is particularly frustrating because I was recently laid off and currently need the laptop for job assessments and interviews. My personal laptop's motherboard also died and it's unfortunately not repairable, so I'm currently without a usable laptop.

Has anyone faced something similar with Flipkart/Ekart? Should I wait until the delivery deadline or escalate this through the National Consumer Helpline?

Ordered an iPhone 17 from Flipkart, delivery was supposed to be on the 14th. Got delayed every single day until the 19th. Finally received it today, but what’s the point of charging handling/platform fees if the service is still this bad?

Really frustrating experience.

Product total is 280rs and handling fees is more than the product amount, is this normal?

Theres no option showing for contacting anyone. My order has been placed almost a week back. What should I do

I ordered my laptop on the 8th of August. The date to be delivered at first was 15th then they extended it to 17th. AND NOW it's not even out for delivery on the 18th of August.

Do you guys know what I should do to get my laptop as soon as possible. I also contacted the customer care and they keep on repeating the same thing that there was some "logistics problem" and I'll get my order "today" for the last two days. This is really frustrating man

I had the misfortune of ordering a fridge in the flipkart sale, unfortunately my delivery was stuck at the above mentioned hub. After waiting for 5 whole days, I decided to go from one point to another.
Jumped through a lot of hubs and landed on this one.

Many of you said it was fake.

It was not fake as deal came last night but as usual flipkart cancelled it and given free Rs 500 flipkart gift card.

It was expected but those who were saying it was fake deal, they were wrong.

Just as US-EU trade tensions seemed to be cooling, a new flashpoint has arrived.

Trump has threatened a 100% tariff on any country imposing a digital services tax on American companies, and made clear it would supersede any existing trade agreements. This comes less than two weeks after the EU approved a deal designed to cut tariffs on US goods.

The tactic has worked before. Canada repealed its 3% digital services tax after a similar ultimatum to keep trade negotiations alive.

But the EU is a different beast. France already has a DST in place and has previously said it won't bow to US pressure. Germany and Belgium are planning their own versions. The core disagreement, whether large American tech companies pay enough tax on European revenue, has been running for years with no resolution in sight.

For ecommerce sellers operating across borders, this isn't abstract. A 100% tariff on goods from major EU trading partners means higher sourcing costs, more expensive imports, and consumers on both sides paying more for everything.

My sister ordered a saree from Flipkart, and what happened next is honestly unbelievable.

The parcel arrived with the Flipkart shipping label attached. We opened it expecting to find the saree.

Instead, there was a bag full of what appears to be mud/soil inside.

We have photos of the parcel, the shipping label, the packaging and the contents. We also have an unboxing video showing what was received.

Naturally, we tried to raise a return/refund request.

But now we're getting another problem.

When trying to initiate the return, Flipkart shows this message:

“Your return request cannot be fulfilled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of return requests from you.”

It tells us to go through the “Need Help” section from the order details page instead.

The strange part is that we're not trying to return some ordinary product because we changed our mind. The ordered saree was not delivered at all. We received a bag of mud instead.

We've kept the entire parcel and its contents as received and have evidence of everything.

At this point, we're trying to figure out the best way to escalate this if Flipkart doesn't resolve it.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Flipkart? What would be the best next step — customer support escalation, grievance officer, or consumer complaint?

I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally doing this without evidence. I just want Flipkart to properly investigate how an order for a saree resulted in a parcel containing mud, and why the return system is now refusing the return request.

Here's the situation

I ordered a Samsung sd card (evo)128 gb from flipkart probably around 7-8 month ago which I recieved well which i couldn't differentiate between original and fake, after patching it to my phone and using it to transfer files on it 2-3 times I found out that the chip is a fake as my files got corrupted permanently damaged also the transfer speed was way to low for something from the evo series of Samsung, I noticed it a bit tad too late around a month has passed and I didn't thought I could return it anyways so I left it but now I saw it in my bag and it caught my attention, can I do something(I still have the invoice ,but I the payment method I chose was cod so I dunno?

what are the best options for me
