Is it a scam? I've told the delivery guy it's not mine and returned it. They said I have to give otp to cancel. I checked the message it said cancel otp so I gave him in that moment and he left. I have the delivery guys Phone number. But is it ok? The otp was for cancel only right? Or am I just being paranoid.
I ordered One Plus Nord buds from Tuneec via myShiprocket a while ago,but they have scammed me,as you can see ,they’ve registered the order as already delivered (1) and I cant complain or reach out to them,as there is only email given(3),which is not working,it isn’t opening and that is the only help option they’ve given out on their page,I also went up to the official website of Tuneec (5) but it was the same there,there was a customer support phone number,which is a terminated number,there is an support email too as highlighted but also that doesn’t response,as well as their normal email,also there were no messages after order has been confirmed(4),as you can also see,I’ve clearly paid for it (2)
