How is Tira?

I want to order some makeup from Tira because a few things I want aren’t available on Nykaa, but I’m kinda scared after hearing about people having issues with returns 😭

My friend recently got a broken eyeshadow from Tira and they apparently refused to take it back, which is making me rethink ordering from there, especially since it’s makeup and can obviously arrive damaged.

For those who’ve ordered from Tira, how has your experience been with returns/refunds? If you received something broken or damaged, did they actually replace/refund it? And does taking an unboxing video help?

I’d just order from Nykaa but unfortunately the products I want aren’t available there :/

Tira suddenly showing my PIN code as non-deliverable. Anyone else facing this?

Tira says they provide delivery across India, but apparently my entire area is “unserviceable” now 😭

My PIN suddenly became non-deliverable, and even the nearby PIN codes I checked aren’t serviceable. Customer support keeps telling me to use an alternate PIN/address, but how is that supposed to work when I need the order delivered to my actual address?? 😭

Sharing the chat because I genuinely don’t know what I’m supposed to do here. Has anyone else faced this with Tira recently?

Not deliverable

When i went to checkout it says not deliverable to your location..does this happen?

The Tira App Is A Mess!

I just checked out the app today because I had my eye on some MAC products that aren't available anywhere else and boy, is the app a goddamn disaster! For starters, when I click on the MAC lustreglass liptints it's showing me images and reviews of a completely different product. Also, the shade names of the Shimmer Gloss Sticks are completely wrong... the shade names displayed on the Tira app do not even exist...
