I want to cancel my order but it's shipped now, what should i do😭

I want to cancel it because I'm getting the tirtir cushion -18g as the same exact price.

Suddenly my pincode is unservicable for Tira

Same as the heading. I am living in the one of the most expensive areas of a metropolitan, where Tira has delivered to my home for the past 2 years.. suddenly this area is out of their servicability. Wtf.

Tira Laneige Combo Scam

I placed the order for the Laneige AM PM combo (2 of them). Tira only delivered the AM product for both combos. Even the bill attched inside the package is only billed for the Glowy Lip Balm and does not mention the other product at all.

I have unboxing video of both packages.

Unacceptable Service and Delayed Return Pickup – Order

This is pathetic. Tira sent me the wrong product, and I initiated a return. They took four days to approve it after asking for so many pictures. Now, even after six days, nobody has come to pick up my order. I called customer service, and they are telling me to wait another three to four days. What do I do now?
