Naglaan ang Caloocan ng iba't ibang assistive devices upang makatulong sa pag kilos ang ating mga kasamahan na may kapansanan.

Kabilang sa mga maaaring matanggap ang regular wheelchair, customized wheelchair para sa mga batang may cerebral palsy, crutches, walker, cane, white cane, at quad cane.

Kung nangangailangan ng assistive device, magtungo lamang sa Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO) at dalhin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento:

• Caloocan City-issued PWD ID

• Whole-body picture ng PWD o Children with Disability (CWD)

• Barangay Certificate of Indigency (Purpose: For PWD

As you can see in the photos, the Villar family installed a sign at a covered court in BF Resort Village, Las Piñas, for a construction project they implemented through the DPWH.

​The top DPWH sign was installed 3 years ago to give credit to the implementing government agency by BFRV Homeowners Association Inc. (BFRVHAI) However, the bottom sign was installed just a month ago after the Villars through the BF Resort Village TALON Homeowners Association Inc. (BFRVTHAI)—took over the HOA management in BF Resort Village.

​Previously, this basketball court was under the management of the former HOA (BFRVHAI). The land where the covered court sits is actually owned by BF Homes Inc., who granted the former HOA the right to utilize the space. Early this year, the new HOA (BFRVTHAI) illegally transferred its managing rights to Barangay Talon Dos without the permission of BF Homes Inc., the actual landowner.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) strictly enforces the nationwide "Anti-Epal" policy under Memorandum Circular No. 2026-006. It directs all provincial, city, municipal, and barangay officials to immediately remove their names, images, logos, slogans, and color motifs from any government-funded projects, signages, tarpaulins, and properties.

I hope DILG could sanctioned the Villars for this. Currently they are hiding on the name of "Villar Foundation" with the Villar Siblings on every project to kinda escape the Anti Epal policy

#OnTheSpot | Isang concerned BFRV resident ang nagpadala ng video conversation nila ng isang on-duty security guard ng BFRVTHAI na stationed sa Gate 11 Cavite Bridge - Onelia Jose.

​Maririnig sa usapan na mismong ang security guard ng BFRVTHAI ang nagsabi na, "Bawal dumaan simula Lunes ang mga motor kahit resident."

​Dagdag pa ng security guard, ang direktibang ito ay utos mula sa BF Resort Village TALON Homeowners Association Inc. (BFRVTHAI) at ni former Senator Cynthia Villar, na kasalukuyang nakatira din sa BF Resort Village at may ekta-ektaryang lupain sa likod mismo ng nasabing village.

​Noong Lunes, June 22, ay sinimulang ipatupad ng BFRVTHAI ang naturang traffic scheme sa Gate 11 Cavite Bridge - Onelia Jose at Gate 10 Dear Joe Bridge - Vatican Drive. Ang mga gate na ito ay patungo sa dalawang tulay papuntang San Nicolas, Bacoor kung saan matatagpuan ang Villar Children's Farm at ang NOMO District ng Villar City na notorious din na ipinagbabawal ng pamilyang Villar na padaanin ang mga motorcycle, bicycle, at tricycle sa kanilang lupain kahit pa karamihan ng kalsada nila rito ay ginawa ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) noong 2018.

Inutos ng isang residente sa BFRVTHAI na simula ngayon araw ay ipagbabawal na ang pag daan ng Motorcycle, Tricycle, Ebike at Bicycle sa BFRV Gate 10 at Gate 11.
