Help support baby Lincoln and family during his NICU fight

Nothing in this world prepares you for the heartbreak of leaving the hospital with empty arms, leaving your newborn baby behind. The emotional toll of the last few days has completely shattered us.
Our sweet baby boy, Lincoln, was born via a scheduled C-section at 37 weeks due to gestational hypertension. He immediately suffered severe breathing complications from pulmonary hypertension and had to be CareFlighted to Children’s Medical Center Dallas. While he is currently stable, his condition changes by the hour, anything can happen however I remain hopeful his little self is fighting for a full recovery.
We live 38 miles away from the hospital. I am freshly postpartum with zero income, and Lincoln’s dad’s income barely covers our basic rent. We are already facing severe financial hardships just trying to stay by our son's side. We have less than $60 to our name, no emergency fund, and our family car is on the cusp of repossession.
Because Lincoln's condition changes hourly, his dad is facing severe limitations to his work schedule in the coming days, weeks, and potentially months. He cannot work his normal hours while helping our family navigate this crisis, meaning the tiny income we did rely on is now drastically cut.
Being close to Lincoln means everything to us right now. He needs his mother’s touch, his mother's voice, and all the support by his side. I refuse to let our financial crisis keep us from being the parents he desperately needs during the hardest fight of his life.
On top of staying by Lincoln's bedside, it is incredibly important to me that I still provide for and be there for my 7-year-old son the best I can during this time. This is a terrifying experience for him too, and trying to balance the needs of my newborn in the NICU while ensuring my older son feels safe, supported, and loved has stretched our family to the absolute limit.
If you have been a NICU parent, or if you can find it in your heart to help my family in this severe crisis, please consider donating $5 or $10 to help us save our car, keep rent paid, continue to provide for my 7 year old during these arrangements and cover basic lodging/food so we don't have to leave his bedside. Even just sharing our link means the world to us. Thank you so much.

Our local Celiac community is losing its safe haven. Can you help us by signing this petition?

Hi!

I know this is a local issue, but for those of us with Celiac disease, we know how rare it is to find a place where you can eat without the constant fear of cross-contamination.

Kırlangıç Kafe in my neighborhood is more than just a business; it’s a sanctuary for the Celiac community here in Istanbul. It is one of the few places where we feel truly safe. Sadly, the café is now facing closure, and this would be a massive loss for us.

We are running a petition to save this space. Even if you aren't in Istanbul, your signature helps us show the local authorities that this place is essential for the health and well-being of our community.

You can support us here: https://www.imzakampanyam.com/istanbul-beylikduzundeki-kirlangic-kafenin-kapatilmamasi-icin-destek-talebi-imza-kampanyasi

Update: We are so grateful to have reached 540 signatures thanks to your amazing support. Every signature and share helps us tremendously, and we would be honored if you could continue to spread the word. To learn more about Kırlangıç Kafe, please visit our Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/kirlangicglutensizkafemarket/

Help me give my children a safe place to call home

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to post. If you can, please take a moment to read my story. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this would mean the world to me. Letting me know any resources available in Dekalb County would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you so much ❤️

I also have mobile banking apps (Zelle, Chime, Cashapp) if you would prefer to donate there.

An Airman Came Home From Deployment to Find His Husky Had Been Left to Die Alone

Andrew Beckham did everything he thought he was supposed to do before deploying with the Colorado Air National Guard. He arranged for someone to stay in his home and care for Maverick, his 11-year-old Siberian husky, while he was away.

Instead, the house sitter stole Andrew's vehicle, disappeared with Maverick, and abandoned them both. Nearly a month later, Andrew's Subaru was found in a parking garage in Denver. Maverick was still inside. He had died alone.

The suspect has since been arrested and bailed out of jail, and that doesn't undo what happened or erase the emotional and financial toll Andrew has endured. He lost his best friend while serving our country and returned home to a tragedy no pet owner should ever experience. Authorities say the suspect damaged the owner’s home, took both the vehicle and Maverick before abandoning the car in a gated parking garage where Maverick later died.

If you're able, please consider supporting Andrew's fundraiser or simply sharing his story. Every donation and every share helps. Even if you can't contribute financially, helping more people see this post means a lot.

Thank you for taking a moment to read Maverick's story. He deserved so much better.

Please share…

I normally keep personal matters private, but I wanted to share something meaningful our daughter recently did for our family. But the more we struggle the deeper we get.

After seeing the ongoing challenges that come with my husband’s neurological health struggles — and the realities of caregiving and financial hardship — she created a GoFundMe to help us work toward a more stable living situation and better quality of life.

As many caregivers know, balancing work, medical needs, and daily responsibilities can become overwhelming over time. Her compassion and initiative have meant a great deal to us.

Whether through sharing, encouragement, or support, we are sincerely grateful to everyone who takes a moment to read our story.

My 2y/o golden retriever needs double ACL surgery so he can run and play again :(

I have a 2 year old golden retriever, Asher, who has been with me since he was a puppy. He truly is a ray of sunshine for everyone he is around; that boy is my whole world. He has recently had troubles standing up and moving positions, along with being unable to run, jump, and climb. After our vet appointment, we found out he needs CCL surgery on both back legs and it is going to cost almost 8k 🥲🤧 Essentially, his knees are incredibly loose and unstable, it’s equivalent to us tearing our ACL. The longer we wait, the worse his condition gets. I created a go fund me to help us reach our goal. We are already almost 25% of the way there! I added a couple photos of my sweet boy, along with the estimated bill we received from the orthopedic surgeon. The gofundme link is below !

After 2 surgeries - I still need your help to save my knee 🥲

Hello\~\~ Please help me with my medical expenses and coming back to life. There is a lot of work ahead of me. Even IF WE WILL MANAGE to get my knee somewhat fixed - my deteriorating mental health condition is eating me alive.

Actually I only just started to collect the funds! I have no idea how it works and If I will manage to get people to donate and help me out. I am no famous, it is difficult to get any traffic. I made couple of paid Facebook ads and the only one thing I got out of it was… a scam 😅

**I already had 2 knee surgeries and I still can't walk properly and I'm only 29y.o...**
I do not even know if this amount of money will be sufficient or not. I want to try with stem cell injections first. I’ve heard that might be a life changer. I have bad side effects after meniscectomy. My knee sounds like old noisy door hinge when I'm bending it. It hurts too… like constantly. For 3-4 years already.

Is the 3rd surgery necessary? I hope we can avoid that. Anyways, whatever has to be done - it is still going to be very expensive.

I also need to take a proper care of my poor mental health, obviously also affected by years of living with pain, but there's many more things that add up to this. I’m diagnosed F31 and F90 and basically trying to survive 🥲🥲🥲

I**f you or anyone you know can help me a bit, l'Il be very grateful! It's hard to manage everything on my own. I can’t do this anymore, I’m done…**

Please help me survive 🥲 Thank you all!

I received a heart transplant nearly 10 years ago. Now I need to be evaluated for a second one.

Hello everyone,

My name is Victor, and I’m sharing my story because I truly need some help.

Nearly 10 years ago, I received a heart transplant at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. That transplant gave me another chance at life—more time with my family, my friends, and so many moments I’ll always be grateful for. I never take that gift for granted.

Recently, I was told that my transplanted heart is beginning to fail, and I now need to be evaluated for a second heart transplant. My transplant team at Jackson Memorial has cared for me since my first transplant, so I need to continue receiving my care there.

Unfortunately, life became even more difficult when I was recently evicted from my home in Clewiston. I was thankful to find a place to live in Sebring, but it now means traveling about three hours each way to Miami for appointments, testing, and treatment.

I’m raising money to help cover gas, transportation, meals during long travel days, occasional overnight stays, and other basic expenses while I go through this process. My goal is simply to make it to every appointment and give myself the best chance at receiving another lifesaving transplant.

I’ve included a verification photo of myself holding my Reddit username, and my GoFundMe has more information about my situation.

If you’re able to donate or even share my fundraiser, I would be deeply grateful. Your kindness, prayers, and support truly mean more than words can express.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

Fund raising for Jco The Shihpoo

Henlo hoomans,
Jco was diagnosed with bladder stone when we rushed him to the vet" (June 18, 1 am) after we saw
blood in his urine.

Our bill went up to 11, 470 pesos. We also need to go back after 2 weeks to see if the stone will dissolve.
Another set of testing will be done and another bill. If no progress will be seen surgery will be needed.

The 2 weeks is near and we finally decided to ask for your help. Any amount is a big help for Jco's incoming testings and medications. We originally posted on the black app TkTk (acc: Jco The Shihpooand) and one commented a suggestion that we should try a fund raising here in reddit because people here are kind and generous.

Any amount (I mean ANY) can really help Jco and us, his fur parents, in these times. We deeply pray that every cents of help will go back to you ten fold times.

Help us pray that the stone will dissolve through medication and surgery won't be needed.

Thank you, hoomans!

Summer Services For ASD Child!

https://gofund.me/4261d28d7

We are asking for support to help provide our non-verbal autistic child with the summer services they need to continue growing and thriving. Routine and consistency are so important, and the transition when school ends can be very difficult. These services provide the structure, support, and opportunities our child needs to build skills, confidence, and independence. Any contribution, big or small, would mean so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful to anyone willing to contribute or share the word!

Pricing to donate a %

Hi,
I’m considering starting a POD business, but would like to give a percentage of my profits to a charitable cause. I know that initial profits won’t be much, so what is a realistic % to give?

Need help relocating so I can start working and restart my life

Hello everyone, I never thought I would need to ask strangers for help, but I have reached a point where I need a small push to change my situation. I currently live in a small town where job opportunities are very limited. I have been actively searching for stable employment and taking temporary work when possible, but I have not been able to secure a long-term job that would allow me to become financially stable. My plan is to relocate to Zagreb, Varaždin, or another larger city where there are significantly more opportunities. Starting from July 1st, I can begin working through delivery platforms such as Wolt, Glovo, and Uber. This is not my long-term career goal, but it is the fastest way for me to start earning an income immediately after moving while I continue searching for stable employment. I have also applied for an affordable housing program available in larger cities. Being already established in one of those cities, working, and building stability can improve my chances of finding a more affordable long-term housing solution. I am also planning to take an accounting course. I already have some basic accounting knowledge, and improving these skills would give me better chances for stable office and administrative work in the future. I am raising €2,500 to cover: • relocation costs • rent deposit and first month of accommodation • basic living expenses during the transition period • fuel and necessary costs to start delivery work • basic work equipment • the beginning of my accounting training if possible My goal is not to depend on donations long term. I am trying to get to a place where I can work, support myself, and rebuild my stability. If you can help, donate or even just share, I would truly appreciate it.

Together, we can help create a pathway from homelessness

Humanitarian Outreach:

❤️ One Person. One Opportunity. One Life Changed. ❤️

For the past several years, Passions of Life LLC has been helping a young man named Sulayman Sallah as he struggles to overcome poverty, homelessness, and the many challenges of trying to build a better future far from home.

Despite living on the streets of Rome, Italy, Sulayman continues to search for work, pursue opportunities, and remain hopeful. He is not asking for a handout, he is seeking a chance. A chance for stable housing. A chance to continue his education. A chance to find consistent employment. A chance to build a life where he can one day help others, just as others have helped him.

Sulayman has repeatedly expressed his gratitude for every act of kindness shown to him and his family. As a man of faith, he believes deeply in paying that kindness forward when he is able.

Today, we are asking our friends, family, colleagues, faith communities, and compassionate individuals everywhere to consider helping.

✅ Donate if you are able.
✅ Share this fundraiser with others.
✅ Keep Sulayman in your thoughts and prayers.

Even if you cannot donate, sharing this post may help it reach someone who can.

"I have known Sulayman for over five years. He is a hardworking and grateful young man who simply needs an opportunity to move beyond homelessness and into a stable future. Please take a moment to read his story and consider sharing it."

~ Richard

Together, we can help create a pathway from homelessness and uncertainty to stability, dignity, and hope.

Genetic Disease GoFundMe

My 7 year old son Grayson is one of approximately 750 people worldwide known to have Carney Complex. He's had two open-heart surgeries before age 7 and faces ongoing medical monitoring for his heart, hormones, and thyroid. With this rare condition comes a lot of travel to specialists and other expenses. Please help my sharing this with as many people as you can and hopefully we can reach our goal. Words won't do it justice, but thank you, from the bottom of my heart to anyone who reads, shares or donates. We have an upcoming appointment in Pittsburgh in two days for his full-body MRI and I'll update for anyone who cares. Thank you all again. I took the picture of the flair 8 days ago but I'm just now posting this, so I apologize about that. https://gofund.me/bf9cd83b8
