Looking for an Italian bakery.

Hi! I'm a recent transplant from just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. I'm dying for some Italian cookies but I can't seem to find a bakery that makes them. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Ting Fiber - Anyone successfully replaced their Adtran ONT with GPON SFP+ Transceiver?

I'm looking to reduce plugs on the wall and not be limited to the physical 1GB ethernet port (I have 1gb service and lose a small bit of speed due to the overhead of the 1GB RJ45... first world problems I know). I do have a router with a 10G SFP+ port and I'd like to use a GPON transceiver like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Transceiver-Compatible-Mikro-TIK-9-953G-TX-9-953G-RX/dp/B0FT74L89Y

The instructions on pon.wiki are straight forward enough but I'm not sure if the adtran ONT does anything communicating upstream that the transceiver wouldn't be able to reproduce. Has anyone had luck with switching over to these?

Local Fuquay-based realtors vs Anywhere-Triangle realtors?

Do you all think there is value in finding a specifically FV-based realtor/group versus one based in Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, etc?

We are interested in staying within or very close to Judd Pkwy loop - in other words, we want to stay in the older part of Town. We already live here but are looking for an upgrade from our starter home.

I wonder if local realtors may have more of a finger on the pulse of what is coming online (or not) and how long we may need to hunker down and wait for an older neighborhood home to come up for sale that checks enough of our boxes.
