By now everyone has seen the Skatebo updates: "I'm a little off from where I want to be"; "we are confident he'll be ready buy the start of the season"; etc., etc. etc.
Interpretation: Likely starting training camp on the PUP and we will see from there.
With each passing day it is looking more and more like both Nabers and Skat will be question marks heading into the regular season. will they start the season on the PUP list, on IR, or on the 53 but as a diminished version of their best selves. The depth at both positions is modest at best so their absence or reduced capacity will be felt.
