The tab for valorant items/skins has been fully removed from the website, is there a reason for this and will it come back?

Hi Guys, I am a first time prospective buyer, and I am looking to buy a war thunder account for a friend as a birthday gift/as a way to get him back into the game without forcing him to grind. I have read all sorts of horror stories about accounts being pulled back after purchase. Has anyone here purchased a war thunder account from g2g? if so, how did it go?

Just wanted to update and check if its just me... played a game today at 8pm and had my bundle. hopped off and an hour later everything's gone and my upgrade points were refunded. Just submitted a ticket to G2G for a refund. RIP

First and foremost, if you have not yet used money on this website, I suggest just buy the things you need in this website the normal way, it is not worth it, why? "instant" delivery are literally instant, however once it is broken be it with gift cards, voucher or such, its a hassle, G2G needs to inform the seller that something is wrong, if that seller does not reply or is offline, you need to wait for 24 hours before the G2G do something.

Secondly, their support team is trash, yes, trash, others say it's good, nope, its absolute trash. Let us leave it at that, they reply some but it did not resolve my issue, no compensation, nothing.

Third, they do not disclose which payment methods are refundable. Therefore, if you pay for something and that payment method is not refundable, once something goes wrong with your transaction and needed refund, it will automatically go straight to G2G credits.

Fourth, while they say G2G credit can be converted through banks or original payment, again, you will need to file a ticket on their trash ahh customer service, it would take 1 week or more before you can use the refund if and only if you do receive the refund on your original payment method.

Fifth, sellers are trash, no reply, no seen, nothing. They literally set their products and just forgot about them.

Last, HANDLING FEES ARE GOING TO BLEED YOU DRY. Once your order is wrong and needed refund, once refunded and again it's stuck as a G2G credit store, you cannot take it out without the need to pay these high handling fees.

SOLUTION TO THESE?

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE OR EVEN FORM INTERACTION WITH THE G2G WEBSITE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. AGAIN NOT WORTH IT. IT TAKES YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY, AND HANDLING FEES. THEREFORE, WHILE IT IS STILL EARLY FOR YOU, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND SO YOU DO NOT EXPERIENCE ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS IN YOUR LIFE.

I tried to make a payment using Credit Card or Paypal for an OTT subscription in G2G but payment refused.

Is the online Reloadable Prepaid Card (Visa, master card or Amex) for OTT payment accepted?

I wanted to ask about something if anyone can help. I’m currently a seller on G2G, and it says that I lost Seller Protection for this month Not Eligible . If a buyer opens a dispute, makes a chargeback, or uses any method to get their money back after they already received the full order from me, would I as a seller still be protected if I provide a full delivery proof video? Or would the video not help me in this case unless I regain Seller Protection first?

For My Purchase checkout neither Credit or PayPal is working, what is the best and easiest other payments methods for G2G order?

Hey guys im one of many that didnt get their bundles as expected however with the help of another user we found another option, you can buy vp straight into your account for a bit more only catch u need to give login info but we both did it and then we changed our credentials and alls good we got the bundle and yeah the sellers name is echo_shop he replies very fast and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes! Get your bundles. I am not affiliated with them in any way just trying to help

I know there are already a ton of posts about the current bundle not being delivered on time, with no replies from her on G2G or her Discord server.

Just to give a bit of context: I’m in the same situation as many of you. I bought the bundle on 3 May, and on 4 May I got a bunch of Valorant friend requests added to my account. Since then, that was the last interaction I’ve had with Ashley.

I understand there are people who bought earlier or later than me and still haven’t received their items. The purpose of me creating this post is to give some clarity based on what I’ve gathered from TikTok comments, Discord, G2G reviews, and Reddit discussions.

Things I’ve found out:

• Buying from her can apparently get you gift banned or have your items removed. Some people don’t get banned, but I’ve heard bans happen in waves.

But honestly, it’s pretty pointless because the tickets are full and nobody responds.

Apparently, there was also a scammer who gained access to her Discord server and sent out phishing links. What frustrates me is that she clearly has the ability to communicate on Discord, yet refuses to respond to customers.

I’ve also seen people say she contacted them through Riot Mobile apologizing for the delay and promising their order would be sent soon. Meanwhile, I’ve gotten complete radio silence.

There are also comments that mentioned that if she can’t deliver in time, she’ll reimburse customers through the next bundle. But what if the next bundle is trash?

My personal opinion:
The popularity of Kuronami 2.0 probably caused a huge influx of buyers because of how cheap it is. I understand being overwhelmed with orders, but completely ignoring customers after they’ve paid is honestly frustrating. Maybe I sound entitled, but basic communication isn’t too much to ask for.

At this point, if you can’t wait anymore, I honestly think it’s better to process a refund through G2G instead of asking around for answers nobody really has. Personally, I’ll probably wait until there are only 2 days left in the Valorant store before requesting a refund.

Feel free to ask questions under this thread. I’m mostly free, so I’ll try my best to answer based on whatever information I can find.

All in all, Ashley, if you’re reading this: reply to your customers and send them their goddamn bundles.

Apparently for those who in the Philippines using GCash, you can't directly get a refund and instead it will automatically refund as a fukîn store credits. G2G PLEASE WHY?!!!!

Hello, to fellow pipino here, apparently I can't directly get refund on my GCash the original payment method I used since the only option is G2G Credit Store, so I chose that. *It's the issue regarding Ashley24* that's why I refund it. Is there a way I can get it back to my Original payment? If not welp G2G needs to do better

Hey everyone. For 4 days now, i have been awaiting delivery for an item in a game. The seller is ignoring me, after briefly replying on day 1 that it will take a bit longer and the site is buggy. I created a ticket, got a bot response. Here's the thing, i dont want a refund, i want my items. Im not interested in store credits either, if it wasnt for that deal i wouldnt have spend the money. Replied to my ticket now, it says its being processed, but its been for a day.

i know most of yall bought from ashley24, i bought from giftcore because i read that both of them are legit. I just wanted to ask if any of yall received your bundles. Either from ashley24 or giftcore. I bought it on may 1st and still haven't received but reading other threads got me hopeful lol. I did send out a support ticket and tried to cancel but decided to cancel the cancellation lol. I hope it doesn't affect anything 😔.
