Problem with POA(?).

So I recently managed to sell my account on G2G. I waited two weeks; it was also the first account I'd ever sold. Today I received an email informing me that the funds had been unblocked and ready for withdrawal. I immediately logged into G2G and tried to withdraw to my account, but the real trouble began at the second step, where I had to upload a photo ID. I selected my passport, waited two minutes, and a window appeared informing me that the details didn't match. I'm confused because, yes, my first and last name are on G2G, and my passport lists my first, middle, and last name, but would a middle name make such a difference? I don't even know if that's the problem, they don't want to tell me anything. I've tried contacting G2G support, but they're only responding with the same message, no instructions, nothing. They're now insisting I upload proof of address. I sent them a Revolut statement, and I know it's legally accepted because Revolut is a bank. My full name, address, date, and everything are listed, but they still say it doesn't meet their requirments. I can't upload my electricity, bin, or TV bills because A. I don't have TV, and B. The electricity, water, and internet are on my partner's name. My name and surname aren't listed there, and I don't receive any correspondence, let alone any insurance mails. I've been renting this apartment for several years, and all the gov mails are on my home address "in case anything happens." What should I do? I told them the bills aren't on my name, and I get the same copy-paste response.

Resubmit since reddit's filters removed it. I'm looking for advice for an issue with g2g's payment processor triple a and next steps

I'm a major proponent of privacy and would love a cash system online, but i hit a snag. For background, I bought a panel on g2g and topped off twice. I've since learned more of crypto coins, it's varying pseudo anonymity, and began using Monero. Most recently, I converted Monero to Polygon and used TetherPOL for a purchase on g2g. The purchase never updated as received and I got a refund from g2g's payment processor Triple A for the amount minus the gas fee. Weird, but whatever. when I went to make the purchase again I never received the secure payment screen for crypto and g2g said to contact Triple As support. I got this message:

"Thank you for your continued support.

Following a thorough review of various factors related to your transaction, we regret to inform you that we are unable to continue supporting you with our services. As a licensed payment service provider, we are obligated to comply with the applicable regulatory requirements that govern our operations.

We seek your kind understanding in this matter."

The only thing I can think of is that the Tether originated from a Monero swap. Now I'm kind of stuck because as far as I know, Triple A is the only crypto processor for g2g. Does anyone have a clue what to do in this situation?

Yuzi_shop scammer

Bought a YouTube Premium subscription for a year and lost it within 2 months, and now this guy has deleted his account as well. Please be aware if you see the same name popping up as the seller again.

WARNING: G2G Support actively protects hit-and-run scammers and lies about their own refund policies (Ticket #5696269)

TL;DR: A seller sold me a 1-month subscription, pressured me to confirm the delivery, and then revoked my access 5 days later. G2G support admitted the seller is under investigation for fraud, but flat-out refused to refund me, lying about their own "completed order" policy to keep my money.

I want to warn everyone about how useless the "GamerProtect" guarantee actually is when you get scammed on this platform.

The Scam: On August 1st, I purchased a 1-month Claude Pro subscription from a seller named Asiye (Order #1785608426435XQJK). Instead of a standalone code, the seller added my email to a Claude "Team" workspace.

Once I was in, the seller pressured me in the G2G chat to confirm the order immediately "to keep it active," promising they wouldn't let me down. I confirmed it in good faith. Less than a week later, I woke up to an error: "Team plan canceled. You can no longer chat with Claude." The seller secured my funds and immediately revoked my access, completely halting my workflow for my software development project. The seller has since gone totally MIA.

The Support Betrayal: I opened a dispute (Ticket #5696269) with absolute proof—screenshots of the seller manipulating me to confirm, and screenshots of the revoked access.

Support Agent Jovano H reviewed it and replied with the most infuriating response possible. He admitted they are investigating the seller for fraudulent behavior, but refused my refund, claiming: "In accordance with our platform's Refund Policy, we are unable to issue a refund once an order has been officially completed and finalized."

The Lie: Jovano is completely lying to protect the platform's bottom line. I have had other tickets (like Ticket #5693435) where another agent, Olivia, refunded me in Store Credit long after the order was marked completed because the product was defective.

G2G is selectively enforcing fabricated rules to avoid paying out refunds. They are perfectly happy to let a proven hit-and-run scammer walk away with my cash while telling me there is "nothing they can do."

If you are buying software or accounts here, know that if a seller revokes your access after you click confirm, G2G will throw you under the bus.

(Attached: Screenshots of the seller's manipulation chat and the canceled access error)

PSA FOR ANYONE WHO'S THINKING ABOUT BUYING STEAM ACCOUNTS

Please for the love of God don't spend your hard-earned money buying Steam accounts.

I've seen way too many people on this subreddit complain about buying an account, changing the email/password and securing everything, only for the seller to take it back later.

It doesn't matter if the seller lets you change it to your own email. 99% of the time, sellers do still have the original email and other ownership information, which can potentially be enough to recover the account through Steam Support.

You might get lucky and keep the account forever, but you might also lose it after spending your money on it.

DO NOT BUY STEAM ACCOUNTS unless you're genuinely okay with the possibility of losing access to it.

Always remember, whatever account you buy, Steam or not, there's always a chance the original owner can take it back.

Unable to pay for G2G subscriptions

I’m trying to pay for one-month subscriptions (the ones that are now available on G2G), but I simply can’t get any payment method to work (product: Strong 8K).

PayPal no longer seems to work, and my bank card doesn’t work either.

Does anyone know which payment methods currently work for subscriptions on G2G?

I don’t use any crypto apps, so paying with cryptocurrency isn’t an option for me.

Thanks!

This might be a stupid question

Whats the difference between a Iptv 1 month shares account n 1 month private account?

The site seems to protect scammer sellers more than honest buyers.

But above all, DON'T buy accounts that last months or a year, or you'll end up finding that very (VERY) long before their lifespan expires, they won't work anymore and support won't help you.
Very long = lasted less than 1/5 of the paid time.

Making a negative review for the scammer seller is quite hard also cause the site , most of the time when you try, says "problem to leave the review tries again later".

And most of the positive review on Trustpilot are from sellers.

I don't think I'll ever buy again from them.
