What could this be? Wheel hub/bearing? 04 g35 coupe front pass wheel

When I drive it feels like something is super wrong almost like I’m driving on a flat tire and it sound like that too very very bumpy,i had a bad wheel hub in the rear and the play in the wheel kind of remind me of it but I’m not too sure. I recently put in coilovers and upper control arms, but I feel like this isn’t related everything looks to be tightened correctly and seated in place atleast enough to not cause something like this, before I put all the suspension in the car was down for 2 months. Any advice on what this might be

Opinions please

Ok so I have a G35 2005 mostly stock, except for the aftermarket wheels. The current setup is in the picture above, I would like to keep it mostly stock, but somehow I want a more sporty and aggressive look while keeping it mostly stock. I don't want a ricey or cheap look.

My plan is to add side skirts, rear aprons, a diffuser (not shown here), and a front lip, as shown on the images. I'm not planning to lower it.

The question is, keep it as is, mostly stock, or add those mentioned minimum body mods ?

What manual transmission is this?

I bought a transmission from a scrapyard that'd supposedly come from a 2007 g35 coupe. I called up a Nissan associate and he was said to be unsure of what it was based on the tag. I'm hoping I hit the lottery and it's a CD009. Tag: JNKBV61E27M723549.

please help

Car was driving absolutely amazing when suddenly the car started bogging with no power and stalled when I stopped. Now its strong crank no start, codes p0605 and p1229. I’ve kinda figured out p0605 has came from p1229 I could be wrong. Considering the code p1229 i’ve done the whole test with the power steering, ac, evap, throttle body, and acceleration pedal sensors and none of them fixed it. Seeing common issues with ipdm’s etc I did the “hidden” diagnostic test where it performed clicking of the oil switch and the fans which is supposed to ensure the ipdm is in good working order. I replaced the cam sensor aswell because of no rpm movement when cranking but it didn’t fix it. My biggest lead right now is when I turn on the ignition there’s no check engine, then a couple seconds the check engine flickers my nats light flickers and my fuel pump can be heard priming not priming back and forth and then evens out to solid check engine nats light goes out which shows it detects my key and fuel pump primes. STRONG crank all day, no start. I checked all the grounds etc they’re all clean and tight. There are now no codes and can’t get any to re

No throttle response after engine swap

Swapped engine on my 05’ G35 sedan after a friend broke the original block of my engine during a rear main seal job. It sat in his garage for about a year before we got the new engine.

Resealed the new engine, hooked up harness, installed into my G35. Start the car up and it runs. Only issue is now no throttle response at all.

Car ran fine before the job.

I’ve replaced the pedal, throttle body, MAF sensor, done ECU AND throttle relearn, I’ve checked for codes and we’re not getting any.

Any idea what this issue is? Maybe bad injectors or gas? Possibly bad ECU/ECM?

Seen some videos listing the cats could be clogged, or maybe something else????

What is this noise?

There are 2 noises I’m talking about in this video

  1. Chirping (I’m assuming the belt I know it has minor cracks)

  2. I can’t describe the other noise it corresponds with the rpm of the car you can hear it before it chirps and when I revived the engine at the end of the clip.

Are Nismo Parts Even Worth It?

To clarify, I have a 2006 g35 sedan. I know that a lot of Nismo Parts do cleanly swap, some are difficult, and some are impossible. However, of the Nismo parts that are able to be swapped, are any of them even worth doing when you consider pricing and performance, especially compared to other brands. So, basically is there any parts that Nismo is the best option on, or is every Nismo part kind of outmatched in some way?

2003 G35 VQ35DE - Oil light only comes on at idle after replacing oil pressure switch. P0327 & P0340 too. Engine sounds normal.

Hey everyone, I just bought a 2003 Infiniti G35 with the VQ35DE. Overall the car drives well, starts easily, and pulls strong. Here are the issues:
P0327 (Knock Sensor) P0340 (Camshaft Position Sensor)Red oil pressure light comes on only when the engine is idling around 600–700 RPM.
As soon as I raise the RPM above about 1,000, the oil light immediately turns off.
Here’s what I’ve already checked:
Oil level is full.
I already replaced the oil pressure switch with a brand-new Duralast switch.
The engine has no rod knock, lifter tick, rattling, or unusual noises. It drives completely normal.
I’m trying to figure out whether these could all be related or if I’m dealing with separate issues.
My questions are:
Has anyone had an oil light at idle that ended up being wiring or a bad aftermarket oil pressure switch?
Have you seen P0327 and P0340 show up together on a VQ35DE?
Before I panic about the engine, is a mechanical oil pressure test the next thing you’d recommend?
Any advice from people who’ve dealt with this on a VQ35DE would be appreciated.

Motor Seized

Hi guys, so on my first ever drift event I seized the motor. Dipstick read fine before I went out and I came back from first lap and car died.
There is a DE in my area for a decent price but I don’t know what I would need to change over from that engine to mine to make it all fit.
I have a 2006 G35 6MT with the rev up( it is a US car imported to Canada) I looked at some threads and YouTube videos but a lot of people say different things about what you need.
