Newly named drug leads to stable motor symptoms in Parkinson's
Nice to see the industry recognizing Rexaceract.

Following my May review of Gain Therapeutics on X (https://x.com/benpieter001/status/2106720801940529164), I’m sharing an updated report ahead of the October 7 congress presentation.
The thesis has evolved with the one-year clinical update, a broader expected biomarker package, and management’s discussions with potential partners. I’m particularly bullish on the fuller data that should report on sustained clinical stability with evidence (biomarkers) of an effect on the underlying disease biology.
Publishing before the presentation means some important questions remain open. Even so, I’m bullish on GANX: the gap between its current capitalization and the potential value of durable preservation in Parkinson’s looks substantial. Stronger clinical detail and a credible funding or partnership outcome could support a meaningful rerating.
Report attached. Happy reading, challenge the assumptions, and do your own due diligence.
