Wrongfully towed for no insurance

I was towed on Saturday for Atlanta PD with claims of no insurance. I bought the vehicle this week and added the vehicle to the insurance the next day. I didn’t have a new insurance card yet, however. I got there as he was towing me and he said because the insurance wasn’t showing in the system he has to tow it. I logged into the site for insurance and showed him the vehicle active on the policy.

Was towed and paid to pick it up. Shouldn’t have been towed in the first place. Cost close to $300. Any recourse for getting reimbursed for this? My plan was clearly and confirmed by insurance in effect for multiple days before the tow.

so many people on ballot

How are there so so so many people on the ballot? Is there some kind of "get 18000 signatures" service you can get now?

Who in the heck are all of these people?
