Dear GGPoker Team,

I would like to ask if you are planning to introduce any of the following formats in the near future:

* 8-Game

* Omaha Hi/Lo

* Heads-Up tournaments

* Spin & Go (Omaha Hi)

* Stud / Stud Hi/Lo

* Badugi

Is there already a timeline for adding these games, or are they being considered for future updates?

One additional question: is the delay in adding these formats related in any way to the complexity of implementing and certifying the RNG for new game types, or is it purely a business decision based on player demand and liquidity?

Seriously this is the most tilting thing. The last thing I want to see is some dancing with happy music after lost hand. Mainly with this shitty luck.

Game is enough unplayable with every single hand losing and constantly getting enemy with slightly better hand post flop. Why additionally tilting your own players with this trash? I am seriously on verge of paying out and not playing ever again.

What even is this luck of enemies? After 10k games my KK, AKo and AKs is in red, AA is barely green (+1,22$) while playing 2-10 NL games. Somehow even QQ and JJ got nice profit of over 20$ but not 4 best hands in the game...

Got flush? Enemy somehow got it also with just a little better card. Got nice 2 pairs? Enemy with some random three of a kind. I bluff around, overbet to get some blinds like crazy to just lose everything cause somehow when I have good hand enemy gets slightly better one to impossible levels...

Hi, why aren't there any satellites for this tournament? this is not normal usually there are plenty. will there be any in the next couple of days?

I have lost 2 hands today to Ace high, once when I had a pair, and one when I had double pairs. Has anyone else seen this glitch?

Several months ago I tried to add some money to GG poker for first time in a while after playing on other sites. I was asked for proof of address which I provided then told they had suspended my account for affordability reasons. I have since provided numerous documents and emails with proof of funds, proof of address, proof of ID, details about my secure job and payslips related to that, and proof that I have significant disposable income. I have sent them over numerous times. But my ccount remains suspended and GG customer service, GG cares and GG complaints will not respond to the many emails I have sent.

Worst of all I have a small amount of money in the account that GG poker will not allow me to withdraw nor will they allow me to play with it. They have held this for months. Please could someone help me this, it's absolutely nuts. Screename is SauzeeNO4.

This is impossible to win tournament when you get 2 people like this. I got sat with stalling players Today. I am not sure if there was even 30 hands for whole 1 hours of gameplay and I was kept with them after the break. Blinds were going up like crazy and I could not utilize my hands cause each round was 30s+10s timers used to max of waiting and if they dared to go into flop even more time wasted. It's super tilting, unfunny and literally makes table losers one since everybody else is playing 3x more hands and is having actually possibility to build up when blinds are reasonable with correct gameplay.

First of all this is not a complaint, just something i feel like is happening constantly.

Does anyone else have the feeling or experience that there is like a momentum coded into the engine?

It feels like every time i play on GG i go on either hot or cold streaks and it happens all the time. I have benefited from these as much as i have been on the bad end of it, but every session feels extremely streaky.

What do i mean by that?
It’s like you either start getting great hands, great boards and constantly winning every flip on every table you play or vice versa, where you constantly get bad hands, bad boards or lose every flip.

I made some deep runs by sheer constant luck and a few hours or days later it everything just goes against you, so much that it almost become predictable.

I even try to play super tight when i am on these bad streaks, but then you just get dealt bad hands after bad hand until you eventually get blinded to death, or get sucked out by way worse hands.

As i‘ve mentioned before this is not a complaint and i have benefited from this as much as i’ve been hurt by this, but the experience on GG poker does not feel natural.

I just want to know if anyone else shares this experience. Could be confirmation bias, but i feel like this happens to me every single session and i just can’t believe that it would not be more balanced out. It is always extremely streaky in terms of luck.

I think you missed that aof players get a couple thousand big blinds stacks in the new flipout promotion. Please fix this bug as soon as possible

So I play a lot of cash games however my account is not available for GGPoker promotions such as Ocean rewards and GGCare. (The government banned it for U24 players in my country 🇳🇱)However I wonder if I get paid if I hit a BBJ because it isnt really a GGpoker promotion because the players pay Rake for it.
So will I get paid If I hit a BBJ or when I am part of a BBJ?

Wanted to know if the jackpot has any rules,like does it matter what cards we are holding? Like say i have 58 and get 4 of a kind 8888 and villain has a full house,will the jackpot still hit and also does worse badbeat give out more money or it's just base on chances?

So shortly speaking yesterday I wrote about sudden account freeze without known reason after 3 days of gameplay.

In the end whole verification ended within 24h, account was frozen due to suspect of multi account (probably my IP was used with another one in the past). Sent required documents and selfie - account is already unlocked Today.

I removed the previous post so people won't get wrong view of GG Poker when looking for info to find out about sudden freezes and my whole post trying to guess why. I did panic a bit since every post I found mentioned months of waiting and lack of response. So from the other hand decided to leave a positive one.

Maybe not fully positive, cause lost 1 day of starter rewards but maybe support will help with it :)

I had a ticket to the $15 Wednesday Wonderbox i registered for a tour with the ticket and then they cancelled the tour to move the time and then the ticket expired before i could reregister. I was not notified that they tour had been cancelled. is there any chance i can get this ticket given back to me in time to play today?

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing severe and recurring crashes of GGPoker that make it completely unplayable. I've tried numerous solutions but crashes continue. If anyone has experienced similar issues, please let me know.

THE PROBLEM:

- GGPoker crashes multiple times per hour (15+ crashes in 2 hours)

- Crashes occur randomly without user action

- Occasionally crashes when opening new tables

- Significantly worse when Hand2Note is running

- Multiple exception codes: 0xc0000005, 0xc0000409, 0xc0000264

- Adobe AIR.dll v51.1.3.8 appears in crash logs repeatedly

- **IMPORTANT: Problem is EXCLUSIVE to GGPoker - all other applications work perfectly**

**MY SETUP:**

- Notebook

- CPU: Intel Core i9-14900HX (32 CPUs)

- RAM: Kingston Fury Impact 64GB DDR5 5600MHz CL40

- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU

- Integrated GPU: Intel UHD Graphics (DISABLED)

- Storage: FORESEE XP2000F512K 512GB + XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 2TB

- OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (Version 25H2, Build 26200.8737)

- DirectX: 12

- NVIDIA Driver: 610.62 (Game Ready)

- Main Monitor: LG UltraGear 34" UltraWide Curved - 3440 × 1440 (160Hz)

- Laptop Screen: 2560 × 1600

PATTERN OBSERVED:

1. Random crashes - happen even when just sitting at the table

2. Occasional crashes when opening new tables (graphic loading)

3. Crashes are intermittent and unpredictable (NOT deterministic)

4. Crashes happen mainly on the UltraWide monitor (3440×1440)

5. Significantly worse when Hand2Note (hand history tracker) is running

6. Problem is chronic but dramatically worsened in the last 24 hours

TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY DONE:

✓ NVIDIA driver updated to 610.62

✓ NVIDIA Control Panel configured (RTX 4060 as primary)

✓ Integrated GPU (Intel UHD Graphics) completely disabled via Device Manager

✓ GGPoker complete cache cleanup (Adobe AIR Versions/1.0 folder deleted)

✓ GGPoker complete reinstallation (multiple times)

✓ Windows 7 compatibility mode tested (didn't help)

✓ Run as administrator enabled

✓ Added GGPoker folder and .exe to Windows Defender exclusions

✓ Hand2Note disabled for testing (crashes continue)

✓ System file integrity verification (sfc /scannow)

✓ Fullscreen optimizations disabled

KEY OBSERVATIONS:

1. Crashes are EXCLUSIVE to GGPoker - no other application crashes

2. Pattern strongly suggests graphic rendering issue - crashes worsen with more GPU processing

3. Adobe AIR.dll v51.1.3.8 appears directly in crash logs

4. UltraWide resolution (3440×1440) seems to be potencial factor

5. Intermittent nature (random crashes) suggests memory leak or heap corruption

MY QUESTIONS:

1. Has anyone experienced similar Adobe AIR crashes with GGPoker?

2. Does anyone else use a 3440×1440 UltraWide monitor? Any crashes?

3. Is this a known issue with Adobe AIR 51.1.3.8?

4. Any workarounds or solutions?

5. Should I try a different resolution?

I've spent hours troubleshooting with no success. Any help or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. This makes GGPoker unplayable for me.
