Quant accuracy is fine but my timing is terrible

I have been working on Quant for a while and my accuracy during untimed practice is actually decent. The problem starts as soon as I add a timer.

I can solve most medium level questions when there is no pressure, but during mocks I sometimes spend four or five minutes on a question because I making silly mistake due to pressure. By the time I realize that I should move on, I have already lost too much time.

My recent mock had a Quant score that was much lower than what I normally get while practicing. When I reviewed the questions later, I could solve many of them within two minutes.

I am now wondering whether I should focus on increasing solving speed or first become more comfortable with identifying when a question is taking too long.

For those who improved their Quant timing, what actually worked for you? Did you practice sets with strict time limits or did you simply do more mixed questions?

My GMAT preparation is becoming too complicated

I think I have collected too many resources. I have official questions, notes from different websites, videos, practice tests and several spreadsheets for tracking mistakes.

At this point I spend almost as much time deciding what to study as I do actually studying.

My current score is around 620 and my target is 680+. I know that I i m weak in Quant and DI, but instead of working on them regularly I keep jumping between different resources whenever I see a new recommendation online.

I am thinking of simplifying everything. Maybe I should just use the official material, maintain one error log and spend most of my time reviewing mistakes.

Has anyone else faced this problem during GMAT preparation? How did you decide which resources to stop using?

I am especially interested in people who improved after reducing the number of resources they used. Did simplifying your preparation actually make a difference?

I still have around two months before my target test date, so I would rather fix this now instead of continuing to collect more material.
